Incredible chart from The New York Times. The federal government gives 30 times as much research funding to universities as it did during the Cold War, adjusted for inflation. It gives almost three times as much as it did at the end of the Cold War.
Is America more innovative or better at research than it was 25 years ago? Just the opposite: Universities have fat endowments and thousands of highly-paid administrators, but their actual work is less impressive by the day.
Not only that, but campuses have embraced ideological poisons like DEI and critical race theory that are a death sentence for authentic science. And of course, every year brings another 4-5% hike in tuition.
The Trump Administration is right to demand immediate change. No more racial discrimination. No more Marxism masquerading as science. No more waste.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on Wednesday announced the cancelation of more than $2.7 million in grants to Harvard University amid tensions between the school and the Trump administration.

President Trump is retaliating against longstanding tariffs that have been imposed on the USA. These countries for many years have taken advantage of the US financially by slapping very high tariffs on a country that is one of the worlds highest customers in trade, I’d say his reciprocal tariffs he announced yesterday are fair.
The aim is to abolish unlawful income tax….President Trump has said that trillions of dollars from the reciprocal levies would provide relief for the US taxpayer and restore US jobs and factories. In other words….the US will now prosper and thrive in wealth like never seen before.
The whole world is witnessing biblical times with President Trump looking after his people and putting America first.
Trump isn’t starting a global trade war, he is showing us that if you fuck around with America like many countries have, then expect to find out the hard way. This is what a real leader looks like.
