The $1,000 "MAGA" accounts just proposed for the "big, beautiful bill" are one of the best ideas yet in the Trump administration.

To remain stable, America needs to be a nation of owners who have a stake in the country. When people have nothing and own nothing, they're far more ready to blow the system up.

A $1,000 investment account, at birth, will teach American young people the value of savings and investing. It will encourage parents to invest in their children's future. It will give young adults a small nest egg they can use for starting a business or buying a house.

And all of it won't be expensive: $1,000 for every child born in America is just $3.6 billion a year, less than half a percent of our current defense budget.

Congress should get on board immediately.

BREAKING: Western PA Federal Judge Stephanie Haines has ruled that the Trump administration can continue deportations of transnational gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.

The new ruling on the Alien Enemies Act only protects the right to deport illegal immigrant gangsters in western Pennsylvania. But it's still important. We need judges who are ready to rule on the clear text of the law rather than making the Constitution subject to the latest CNN freakout. Her legal logic reflects exactly the kind of judicial posture defined in Article III:

“This Court's unflagging obligation is to apply the law as written. When the Court does so, it finds that the Proclamation now at issue complies with the AEA... Having done its job, the Court now leaves it to the Political Branches of the government [and voters] to decide whether the laws and those executing them continue to reflect their will."

Trump clearly has the Article II executive authority to invoke the Alien Enemies Act and expel an invading force, and this Judge’s ruling gives SCOTUS a clear lane to rule in the administration’s favor.

Bill Melugin reports that an illegal alien - twice-deported, from Mexico, who killed two AMERICAN teens - is being released in California.

This should make everyone fume.

Before this incident? He had a criminal record. Should've not been here.

He was sentenced to 10 years after being convicted on two counts of 'gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated for k*lling the teens.' Now, he's out in 3. 3 years. Three.

The sentence was already too light.
