🕊9 МАЯ - ДЕНЬ ПОМИНОВЕНИЯ УСОПШИХ ВОИНОВ
9 мая совершается особое ежегодное поминовение усопших воинов, за веру, Отечество и народ жизнь свою положивших, и всех страдальчески погибших в годы Великой Отечественной войны 1941–1945 годов. В этот день также принято возносить молитвы за тех, кто пережил войну и умер уже в мирное время.
Евангелие гласит: "Нет большей той любви, чем положить душу свою за други своя". Мы чтим подвиг наших предков и молимся за них, потому что, как сказано, "у Бога все живы".
В этот день ежегодно совершается литургическое поминовение по определенному порядке:
• Во время служения Божественной литургии 9 мая на заупокойной ектении совершаются особые прошения «о вождех и воинах...».
• По окончании литургии служится благодарственный молебен Господу Богу за дарование Победы в войне 1941-1945 годов.
• По завершении молебна служится заупокойная лития о почивших воинах.

Упокой, Господи, души усопших раб Твоих: воинов (имена их), и всех православных христиан, и прости им вся согрешения вольная и невольная, и даруй им Царствие Небесное.
