Tomorrow (Tuesday 8 October) the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) is heading to the Supreme Court for its case to be heard.

The significance of tomorrow's hearing, will determine if heads of government agencies (in this case NZDF) should have broad discretion to override individual human rights protected under the Bill of Rights Act, without having to provide justification.

Due to the importance of this case, the Human Rights Commission has requested and been given leave to intervene in this case and has also provided submissions.

The NZDF have a strong legal team with good arguments but this is a monumental hearing and your support is greatly appreciated.

New ABC NEWS Chair focuses on “misinformation” quoting George Orwell during his latest Lowy Institute speech.

Followed by bringing up WWII, claiming the BBC is the best source of information, and then claiming that he sees any alt media as an enemy in his “WAR”

The latest time I checked almost every single Australian believes that the ABC is a government funded propaganda machine that consistently produces misinformation.

Including adding gun shots to @HestonRussell’s helmet video. An Australia Veteran who risked his life for his country!

The ABC purposefully doctored and generated PURPOSEFUL MISINFORMATION against our own soldier!

It was so bad that ABC director Justin Stevens had to admit the footage was “incorrectly edited”, and for what purpose?!

Now the ABC Chair wants to use the word “WAR” against alt media citizens of Australia…
