- Gender identity
- Disability
- HIV / AIDS / Hep status
- Employment status
- Accomodation status
- Relationship status
- Sex work employee
- Medical or criminal record

This bill becomes law on June 30, 2026—giving Victorians a chance to vote out Labor and Greens for backing it; just before next year’s state election.

The Liberal-Nationals voted against it.
