Obama-appointed Judge Tanya Chutkan has BLOCKED efforts by 14 Democrat-led states to prevent DOGE from accessing seven federal agencies. The court ruled that the states failed to provide evidence beyond speculation that Elon Musk and DOGE’s investigation would cause irreparable harm.
Chutkan slammed the overreach, stating that the lawsuit questioned “the unchecked authority of an unelected individual and an entity not created by Congress.” She ruled that the court could not issue a sweeping TRO without clear evidence of imminent harm.

Update from Ben’s Fiance:
Last Friday I was awaken to a call at 6am from a “friend” notifying me that they took Ben early that morning to move him to another facility….. After 4 days of darkness, not knowing where my person was or if he was safe, he was finally able to call me last night…. I learned from Ben that when he was taken at 3am Friday morning, he was initially told by the guards that he was GETTING RELEASED!
He had a wave of relief and elation crash over him- he was finally going to come home to us… Somebody must’ve finally done the right thing! Praise God, this nightmare is OVER!
That moment of salvation was replaced with utter cruelty as the guards proceeded to laugh at him as they walked him to the Marshals waiting to transfer him. They poked fun at him and told him Trump was waiting for him. Another shoved him as he was trying ask them what was going on. After being transported to Lompoc, the situation continued to look worse. Prison politics is whole other nasty beast of social experimentation which places all of these hostages at risk.
I know Ben is strong. I know he’s smart and resilient. And it still pains me to no end to hear him express that he feels he’s been left behind, forgotten. PARDONED but not FREE. The last four years were punishment but having him locked away is a new kind torture. Please keep him in your prayers and continue the fight. No J6er left behind. We just want our guy home.

New FBI leadership has opened an investigation into the origins of a covert 2015 operation, ordered by former Director James Comey, to infiltrate Donald Trump’s presidential campaign using two female undercover agents.

Dpty clerk told me that despite the emergency motion to release & vacate charges, judge has no timeline. What decision? The law is the law. Elias' liberty should have been restored on Feb 21.
The only words anyone has about Jeremy's release is from prison officials via him. Nothing in court dockets. No AUSA motion as they ignore the FL Mid District decision in Daniel Ball's case. Release soon could only be a new pardon or order from Bondi/Bove AG level where BOP is stonewalling.

We could feel them!
Long, chaotic night but they were able to rush my son into surgery after transporting him to the appropriate hospital. Turns out even though he was only 4 weeks away from turning 18, he had to be sent to the children's hospital.
God had a plan because we were able to get the first surgery for the nightshift and they successfully remove his appendix after midnight.
He is recovering well now, but because of the internal rupture, they will need to keep him in the hospital for observation.
What a trooper! He was walking around with this for days. By Tuesday late evening, I could hear the diagnosis in my head like a warning because he started getting a fever on top of the pain. At first we thought he may had too much junk food for the Superbowl because this is the never happened in our family before.
God is good, but man I wish he would make things just a little bit easier because we had to drop our health insurance when I moved my resources into election integrity.
