NEW👀: $375B EPA slush fund handled by John Podesta gave billions to charities founded only months earlier
The Biden administration funneled at least $20 billion dollars into environmental groups, most of which had only recently been founded, The Post has discovered.
In one case, former Vice President Kamala Harris handed over a check for nearly $7 billion to Bethesda, Maryland, based group Climate United Fund, which does not appear in the IRS’s charities database, and has no federal filings.
The non-profit fund had only been incorporated in Delaware on November 30, 2023, according to public records, five months before Harris handed over the cash in April 2024.
The Climate United Fund then announced “the historic investment” in a press release, noting the group’s work “delivers benefits like cleaner air…and increased energy security.”’
However, because the company is so new, there is no publicly published accounting of how it plans to spend the $7 billion.
Projects have been announced including a $10.8 million “pre-development loan” solar project on Tribal lands in eastern Oregon and Idaho and a $32m solar energy project at the University of Arkansas, but they represent only a drop in the bucket of the grant’s amount.

A new FL Senate bill SB1414 was just introduced by Senator Blaise Ingoglia that will turn Florida elections into the hell states like Georgia and Arizona are currently fighting to get out of.

Update on Hostage Release
RELEASED:
Jeremy Brown was released from prison this week but it is unclear whether the legal maneuvers by the prosecution will result in Jeremy not having his records expunged and will remain a felon hereafter. Praise God for the deliverance. It is now up to the responsible parties to make wise decisions!
Daniel Ball finally had his shackles removed although he was released weeks ago due to a technical unforced and unhelpful legal error.
Dominic Box was released and is safely home. The delay was manly due to an egregious error by his then defense attorneys.
DETAINED STILL:
Taylor Taranto: Defense Attorney, Carmen Hernandez, requested two weeks to respond to the court to provide more grounds for his release. Prosecution concurs. The alignment is positive!
Elias Costianes: Prosecution changed his stance after conferring with the DOJ and agreed that the Pardon applied. The 4th Circuit Appellate Court is ordering a supplemental response to the issues of jurisdiction and applicability of the pardon. It appears that the appellate court is inclining to send the case back to the district court where it should be decided and vacated there. Elias and his attorneys must guard against the entanglement that potentially hung up Jeremy Brown.
Edward Kelley: Prosecution did not agree to defense's motion to drop charges and the court is not taking this up as an emergency motion since it was not requested by his defense attorney. We need the defense attorney to request an emergency hearing and for the prosecution to join the motion to drop charges and for the judge to rule quickly
Benjamin Martin: George Pallas entered to do an emergency motion for Ben. Prosecution agreed to release pending appeals of whether the Presidential Pardon applied to Ben. This has not been the predominant position thus far for the prosecution. All prosecutors are coming to the view that President Trump intended for all J6ers to be released for charges "related to" J6. All of these additional cases were brought as a result of the J6 search warrant. We expect the prosecution to follow the law in getting a proper search warrant based on probable cause.
Dan Wilson: Judge Friedrich agreed to delay Dan's reporting date to the BOP indefinitely but no final decision was made on the joint motion of the prosecution and defense to drop the case.
Note: Legal fees are fully paid for Dan, Ben, Dominic, and Elias, sometimes 2X due to firings of attorneys. Additional costs may be needed if any case needs to advance to the appellate or Supreme Courts.

Update from Ben’s Fiance:
Last Friday I was awaken to a call at 6am from a “friend” notifying me that they took Ben early that morning to move him to another facility….. After 4 days of darkness, not knowing where my person was or if he was safe, he was finally able to call me last night…. I learned from Ben that when he was taken at 3am Friday morning, he was initially told by the guards that he was GETTING RELEASED!
He had a wave of relief and elation crash over him- he was finally going to come home to us… Somebody must’ve finally done the right thing! Praise God, this nightmare is OVER!

They poked fun at him and told him Trump was waiting for him. Another shoved him as he was trying ask them what was going on. After being transported to Lompoc, the situation continued to look worse. Prison politics is whole other nasty beast of social experimentation which places all of these hostages at risk.
I know Ben is strong. I know he’s smart and resilient. And it still pains me to no end to hear him express that he feels he’s been left behind, forgotten. PARDONED but not FREE. The last four years were punishment but having him locked away is a new kind torture. Please keep him in your prayers and continue the fight. No J6er left behind. We just want our guy home.

Last Friday I was awaken to a call at 6am from a “friend” notifying me that they took Ben early that morning to move him to another facility….. After 4 days of darkness, not knowing where my person was or if he was safe, he was finally able to call me last night…. I learned from Ben that when he was taken at 3am Friday morning, he was initially told by the guards that he was GETTING RELEASED!
He had a wave of relief and elation crash over him- he was finally going to come home to us… Somebody must’ve finally done the right thing! Praise God, this nightmare is OVER!
