America has had a... complicated history. From the first settlers (Which may have been WAYYYY earlier but we'll leave that alone for now) which is why I worded the question how I did "... Sucked the Least". Because every single era in American history sucked in some fashion.

Everytime we finally figure out we're getting screwed and set things right they just do another bunch of nonsense all over again.

Want to exile a bunch of Europeans as sacrificial lambs to try to set up a New World colony? Oh Shit they're rebelling!

Well now the only British are the majority of British descended and Born people that are over here now, now we can make a freer world... a better world. Wait did you guys get corrupt and found a corrupt bank! Old Hickory Comes in with an Alligator Canon and just wrecks shit.

I mean I could go on the Civil War was a shit show and it's after effects are something we're dealing with today. The Progressive Era helped better workers rights but also expanded government and set in motion that massive trend towards a miserable urbanism we see today.

The World Wars and Great Depression may have given us gilded age glamour and a pantheon of heroic living and dead but it also gave us... you know the things.

The Post-War/Cold War era was full of intrigue and invention (Mostly taken from Nazi scientists) and a sort of new mythology mixing with the old that you can see in things like Fallout. But it also gave us the civil rights movement which essentially planted the seeds for our downfall and a rapid trend towards abandonment of our own identity and nation.

And the Modern Era has given us the Internet, Social Media and The Great Noticing. But it's also got... well you don't need me to tell you do yah?

As a result we have two major periods that hogged the vote. Second place is that Post-War period that is so lionized and beloved in both history and mythology but is also the direct creator of our current predicament. And then you have that early period, where we were working out the kinks had some of our best and worst presidents and a Legend as the country was in much the same trajectory, like an Old Hickory Tree , stood in their way and said no at the end of a pistol and a saber.

Gods Bless Old Hickory and Our Pantheon of Heroic and Beloved Dead.

Can't wait to see what happens next.

A Channel Thank You

We at Hyperborean Radio are WAY overdue for giving thanks to all the channels that have been so kind as to share us around. So thank you it is truly appreciated. I uh... ran out of links so I wasn't able to list everyone but I hope this serves as a good start to share channels both large and small that make up the interconnected web of this small corner of Telegram. I would like to especially thank the likes of Aethelwulf Art and The American Spirit for being good friends to Hyperborean Radio and the Men behind it.
