One example: Over Albanese's term, they removed the LMITO in 2022, effectively increasing the tax rate of most income earners. Two years later, they introduced broad income tax relief.
The tax cut, however, was smaller than the LMITO. Meaning that most people are paying more in tax at the end of Albanese's term.
