🏴 | Syria Bleeds: Massacres, Poverty, Poison, and Abandonment:

Syria is collapsing under a torrent of catastrophes, one blow after another—massacres, crippling poverty, water poisoning, and the looting of aid by the unleashed rabid dogs of Erdogan, Tamim, and Netanyahu. In Latakia’s Al-Saliba neighborhood, near Izz al-Din Fahham School, a young child sleeps nightly in front of shop entrances. There are no shelters, no outreach from the dozens of so-called charities that paraded through the country under slogans of “victory” and “relief.” The coastline, once a symbol of resilience, is abandoned. The banners still wave in government halls, but on the streets, children freeze on stone sidewalks and the sick rot in silence.

In Afrin, the horror takes a different form. Local fisherman Mahmoud al-Hassan known as Uncle Umar reported a 2-kilometer stretch of poisoned water in Lake Midanki, where fish are dying en masse. He names Abu Hanan from the village of Elji and Ahmed Al Qasim from Maamarliyeh as among the perpetrators, with others remaining unidentified. The poisoning endangers families who rely on the lake not only for food but for life. Boats are being stolen, fishermen are being threatened, gunfire breaks the silence, and no one moves to intervene. Umar pleads into a camera for help, but his voice echoes into a void.

From the coast comes yet another wave of pain. A woman recounts how her Alawite village: along with others like Al Mukhtariyya, Al Shir, and Al Shalfatiyya was torn apart in March. Armed factions swarmed in. Gunfire cracked through the night. Families fled to farms. Her own relatives were hunted and killed. Men were dragged off; women vanished. One Sunni family risked their lives to hide her while her classmates and neighbors were executed. Her story isn’t an exception it confirms what’s already visible in grainy phone footage and mutilated corpses left behind.

Syria is not at war. Syria is being slowly bled dry, limb by limb, village by village, while slogans are printed, aid is hoarded, and the powerful posture in marble palaces. Children sleep on concrete. Lakes are poisoned. Whole communities are wiped from maps. And no one comes.

HTS-led terror gangs launched mass arrests and field executions in Al-Hodeidah and Talkalakh areas of western Homs countryside, primarily targeting Alawite civilians accused of being “regime remnants.” In Al-Na’isiyah village, Hadidah district, HTS forces arrested 19 farmers, including Ibrahim Abbas, Fouad Ibrahim Abbas, Jaafar Hassan Abbas, Milad Ali Abbas, Hashem Jihad Omran, Adnan Ghassan Al-Ahmad, Suleiman Suleiman Abu Alaa, Alaa Suleiman Suleiman, Yousha Suleiman Suleiman, Hussam Ali Suleiman, Milad Muhammad Suleiman, Mahmoud Muhammad Suleiman, Ali Issa, Muqdad Al-Saleh, Youssef Ibrahim Hamdan, Muhammad Ibrahim Hamdan, Ayman Al-Shamali, Jubran Salama, and Idris Muhammad. These detainees were subjected to beatings, verbal abuse, and theft of property. Dozens were reportedly killed or injured, with some bodies left abandoned in orchards or at the Rabieh village junction.

On May 15 in Talkalakh, Nader Khaddour, a former soldier with a brain injury and an Alawite, was shot and killed by members of the “Talkalakh Martyrs” faction affiliated with HTS, indicating the targeting of former military personnel irrespective of their disabilities or sectarian status.

🏴 Report — From May 6 onward, the situation in western Syria deteriorated sharply with a surge in kidnappings, targeted killings, and violent attacks, particularly affecting civilians. In Ain al-Jawza, a terrorist attack claimed the lives of four civilians—Ghaidaq Salem Al-Bari, Baha Suhail Al-Bari, Hood Suhail Al-Bari (aged 14), and Salman Nasser Al-Furaika—who were working peacefully on farmland with no military ties. This attack exemplifies the deliberate targeting of noncombatants.

On May 7, the body of Thaer Muhammad Al-Wara’a, 44, was found near the spillway of Al-Safraqiya Dam in Lattakia, ten days after his abduction from his home in Bustan Qaban, Qardaha. His disappearance and death occurred amid a wave of sectarian kidnappings and killings targeting Alawite community members in western Syria, driven by the expansion of Takfiri factions affiliated with Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS).

On May 8 in Azaz, Aleppo countryside, masked gunmen opened fire at a car dealership in the city center, killing four and injuring two others, highlighting the brazen nature of violence in urban areas.

In Hama on May 9, Khaled Al-Omar, a young man from Qamhana, was shot by members of HTS’s so-called “General Security” in the main transport square of Taybat al-Imam. Despite severe injuries, he was denied medical assistance and died. His only “crime” was prior military service linked to Qamhana, and although he had undergone reconciliation, he was still executed.

On May 4, in northern Homs countryside, farmer Asef Issa Al-Jamali was ambushed and shot in front of his two young sons, Salah (12) and Muhannad (4), while taking them to the doctor near Umm Sharshouh School. He survived for two days in intensive care but died on May 6. His brother Muhaimin al-Jamali had been killed earlier that year along with three neighbors while working their land, illustrating the persistent targeting of farming families. Similarly, Rifaat Mahmoud Al-Jarash was fatally shot outside his home in Homs’ Al-Shammas neighborhood and died from his wounds at Bisan Hospital.

Muhammad Suleiman Younis, a microbus driver from the Karm Shamsham neighborhood in Homs, was killed by unknown gunmen while en route to work, marking a targeted assassination designed to destabilize everyday civilian life.

In Jableh, HTS-affiliated militants executed multiple Alawite men and a child near the 107th Brigade after detaining nine men. The confirmed dead included 13-year-old Haidar Basil al-Jardi, Muhammad Muhammad from Bshili, Hilal al-Ali, Anwar Hamoudeh from Zama, and his son Ayman Hamoudeh. This brutal sectarian attack involved foreign fighters allied with HTS and intensified sectarian tensions.

In Hadatha village, Homs, members of HTS-associated “General Security” attacked Hussein Khalil and Haidar Fatoum, shooting at them as they returned from delivering bread payment to a local official. Hussein Khalil was arrested and later found dead, likely the victim of an extrajudicial killing, while Haidar escaped despite a gunshot wound.

On May 12, Habib Badr Al-Bahri was intercepted and killed by masked men on an agricultural road in Al-Maidan Village, Qastal Ma’af District, Lattakia. The assailants stole his motorcycle and fled, continuing a pattern of random, brutal violence.

In Zabadani, bodies of Ali Hussein Hamada and Musa Jumaa Yaqoub, Shia men from Zahraa in Aleppo countryside, were discovered near the Lebanese border after going missing days earlier. Both were shot dead, underscoring ongoing sectarian targeting in the Damascus countryside.

Ahmed Issa Al-Qabani, 18, from Shaqhab near Kanaker, was shot and killed by a General Security member following a dispute over a motorcycle, reflecting the arbitrary violence exerted by so-called security forces.

Jableh also saw six people killed by stray bullets, including Yasser Sheikh Youssef and a woman named Umm Kamal Zekert along with her son. A child accidentally killed his parents playing with a firearm, further highlighting the deadly chaos civilians live under.

On April 28 in Deir Baalba, Homs, Azdsheer Suleiman al-Saloum and Muhammad Suleiman al-Saloum, two brothers from the Alawite community, were abducted on their way back from the sheep market and later found dead in al-Kadhimiya village. In Qarfais, Latakia, Hassan Abdul Hadi Youssef, a young Alawite civilian, was found dead after being abducted by HTS militants. Ghassan Al-Muhammad, a taxi driver from Homs, was abducted after receiving a ride request near Al-Waer and was later found in critical condition with three gunshot wounds.

On April 29 in Homs, Osama Kalthoum was abducted from Al-Ahram Street, and the next day, his body was discovered in an irrigation canal near Al-Nour. Witnesses saw a van dumping his body at dawn, the same van involved in the kidnapping. In Sahnaya, young Aws Munir Al-Halabi was killed in the Ashrafieh area amid HTS incursions. In Ain Badria, Hama, a sectarian massacre killed three members of the Alawite Zoblo family—Musab, Amjad, and Majd—in a targeted shooting in the Al-Ghab Plain.

On May 3, Osama Darwish Mido, 30, was executed at a checkpoint on the Khan Al-Asal road in Aleppo, in front of his wife and four daughters, after being accused of belonging to the “Mido family shabiha.” In Hmeimim, Jableh, the body of an unidentified man was found dumped on the seashore in a suspected murder. In Homs, Mrs. Sahar Ibrahim, an Alawite civilian, was assassinated by HTS militants while sitting on her balcony with her husband. The attackers fled after shooting, leaving her dead and her husband seriously injured.

In Baqa’u village, Al-Dreikish, Tartous, HTS General Security personnel opened fire at a milk vendor, Ghaith Muhammad, killing him at a temporary checkpoint. They also burned agricultural storage rooms and detained three civilians from the Maala family, one of whom is an Arabic language teacher. In Al-Zafaraniya, Homs, armed attackers killed Mohammed and severely injured his wife in their home. Later that day in Zafarana al-Gharbiya, Homs, Sheikh Mohamed Abdel Latif Ismail was assassinated outside his house by unidentified gunmen. The same house had been shot at two weeks earlier, possibly by the same vehicle.

On May 4, contact was lost with Obada Al-Qamou and Abdullah Issa while traveling from their village to Latakia via the Haffeh road. Their phones went offline at 5:45 PM, and their fate remains unknown. In Jableh, HTS-affiliated militants opened fire on Al-Ghadeer Supermarket and its surroundings, killing Ali Mona and injuring several others near the Izz al-Din al-Qassam School in the Al-Jubaibat area.

🏴 | Report — Between April 25 and May 5, 2025, a series of sectarian-driven abductions and targeted killings swept across Homs, Latakia, Aleppo, Tartous, Raqqa, and Hama. These atrocities were carried out largely by armed groups affiliated with Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and their so-called “General Security” units. Backed by foreign intelligence reportedly supplied by Saudi Arabia, the United States, Turkey, and Qatar, these attacks appeared to be part of a broader effort to eliminate influential figures and dismantle potential civilian resistance, aligned with the long-standing Greater Israel project, supported jointly by Israeli interests, takfiri and Wahhabi ideologues, and a complicit segment of neutral Sunni populations.

In Wadi al-Dhahab, Homs, on April 26, Ibrahim Fawaz Al-Aboud, a civilian with no charges and holding an official settlement card, was abducted by HTS General Security from his home at 2:00 a.m. and later found dead at Al-Waleed Hospital in the al-Waer district. On the same day in Al-Awad village, east of Raqqa, Maher Al-Hamdan died in an accidental shooting during a wedding celebration, a tragic result of the reckless tradition of celebratory gunfire.

From April 23 to April 26, violence and targeted killings escalated across several areas in and around Homs and Sahnaya. On April 23, Aws Munir Al-Halabi was killed in Ashrafieh, a district within Sahnaya, while in Jableh’s Al-Ghadeer district, a supermarket near the Izz al-Din al-Qassam School was attacked, causing casualties and terrorizing local residents. The same day saw the killing of Hassan Qazaq near the Naval College, an incident that sparked further violence when a neighbor was shot trying to retrieve his body, underlining the strategic and contested status of the Naval College area. Meanwhile, a case of mistaken identity led to the death of Fares Musa, targeted because his name matched that of a wanted individual, exposing the deadly risks civilians face from intelligence failures or false accusations.

On April 24, the neighborhoods of Karm al-Louz and Karm al-Zeitoun in Homs were closed off after an HTS media campaign intended to intimidate residents and consolidate control, contributing to a heightened and volatile atmosphere. Concurrently, clashes persisted between government forces and unidentified armed groups in the city, maintaining a constant state of insecurity.

On April 26, in Al-Awad village, Maher Al-Hamdan was shot dead during what was reportedly an accidental celebratory gunfire at a wedding celebration, highlighting how even social gatherings have become perilous in conflict zones.

On April 25, in Karm al-Louz, Homs, Diaa Haitham Ma’ala and Waheeb Suhail Wanos, two young civilians, were abducted and later killed following home raids by HTS affiliates. Despite having undergone reconciliation procedures and possessing official documents, both were taken before dawn, their homes looted, and their bodies later dumped at Al-Waer Hospital. In Fadio village, Latakia, Fares Musa was mistakenly executed by masked assailants who confused him for someone with the same name. In a brutal incident in Homs, Yahya Al-Jardi, a 28-year-old law student, was abducted at gunpoint from his family’s home and later executed with four bullets. His body was dumped despite assurances to his family that he would return safely. In Furn al-Naziheen, Homs, an armed motorcycle attack on the family home of Ayman Zioud (Abu Mazen) left his wife Lina Awad and guest Mustafa dead, while other family members sustained injuries.

On the same day in Talkalakh, Yazan Zakaria Diba was killed in a sectarian execution by HTS-affiliated gunmen. His body was dragged and dumped near the Na’ara Bridge. In Al-Ziyadiyah, Jableh, Muhammad Ali Jadid, a grocery store worker, was shot dead by unknown gunmen. Meanwhile, in Rumaila, Jableh, armed faction members stationed at the Naval College executed 70-year-old Hassan Qazaq (Abu Duraid) while he worked in his field, shooting him in the head. A neighbor attempting to recover the body was shot in the hand.

In a mass execution on April 25 in Homs, seven Alawite civilians—Hafez Abdul Karim Shamsin, Mohammed Saeed Al-Waari, Ali Asef Ibrahim, Yahya Al-Jardi, Alaa Al-Nasr, Hussein Al-Nasr, Haitham Muhammad—were arrested in coordinated pre-dawn raids and executed. None had any political or military affiliations.

This month-long massacre, carried out by terrorists whose operations are backed, whitewashed, and financed by regional regimes including Turkey, Qatar, and Israel, and largely tolerated by the silent Sunni majority and exile communities, has turned Syria into a blood-soaked parody of international law and sectarian coexistence. While Gaza remains besieged by foreign occupiers, Syria is being dismantled from within by its own co-opted sons, whose loyalty is not to their land, but to foreign intelligence interests and sectarian fanaticism.

Between April 20 and May 16, 2025, Syria has witnessed a staggering escalation in targeted killings, abductions, and massacres—nearly all underreported or completely ignored by mainstream and even fringe media outlets. This blackout is not accidental; it reveals the brutal normalization of sectarian violence, where the blood of innocent Syrians—particularly Alawite, Shi’a, Druze, and reconciled Sunni civilians—is spilled without consequence or even acknowledgment. These atrocities unfold in parallel with the ongoing Israeli massacres in Gaza, but in Syria, they carry the added layer of internal betrayal—facilitated and executed by fellow Syrians aligned with the HTS-led, Israeli-Turkish-Qatari axis, operating under Abu Mohammad al-Julani’s terrorist leadership.

On April 20, in Al-Mukhtariyah, Homs, Julani’s terrorists killed Allam Najib Al-Abdullah, Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ali, Alaa Mohsen Samouni, Mutayyam Al-Saleh, and three cousins—Shoaib Al-Abdullah, Tareq Ameen Mahrez, Yousef Munir Samouni, Ghassan Munir Samouni, Hamed Al-Abdullah. A day earlier, on April 19, Ali Hammadeh, a 60-year-old Shi’a school principal, was gunned down in Al-Diyabiyeh, Al-Qusayr. That same weekend, in the village of Al-Maw’ah, Ibrahim Muhammad al-Akkari and Ali Shaaban al-Akkari, both fathers, were executed. Meanwhile, on the Damascus–Lattakia highway, Alaa Samer Jubaili, a young Alawite driver from Jabourin, was murdered in a clearly sectarian attack.

Dr. Hussam Al-Darir, a psychiatrist in Aleppo, was assassinated inside his clinic in Saif Al-Dawla, reflecting a deliberate campaign to eliminate Syria’s professionals. In Jableh, Ali Jihad Fares, a young inventor celebrated for building the world’s smallest satellite, was found dead amid a surge in coastal killings. On April 22, Ibrahim Nader Hammoud, a resident of Balqasa, Homs, died under torture in an HTS prison, days after being seized in a village-wide arrest operation.

The violence reached Aleppo’s Sheikh Saad neighborhood with the execution of six Alawite civilians: Hassan Abdel Majeed Darwish Mido, Hussein Hassan Darwish Mido, Lawyer Alaa Ahmed Darwish Mido, Abdel Fattah Abdel Raouf Darwish Mido, Shaaban Pasha, and one other unnamed victim—ambushed and murdered by HTS militants on motorcycles. In Al-Waleed neighborhood, Homs, Fawaz Rajab and his niece Foton Rajab were killed in a drive-by shooting across from Tropicana Café. In Karm Al-Zeitoun, Homs, on April 22, gunmen on motorcycles stormed a home and killed Moeen Suleiman, Lina Diop, Mufid Suleiman, following a grenade attack on their street.

The al-Hassan brothers, Miqdad and Lamak, detained in Khirbet al-Hamam, were found dead three months later, dumped in a pit in Khirbet al-Tin, with signs of torture. On the Tartous–Latakia highway, Basel Abdulkarim Salameh was abducted and murdered by HTS militants on April 21. In Qusayr, HTS’s General Security executed Hatem Majed Abu Saad, a reconciled Druze Syrian Army officer from Suwayda, pulling him from a van en route to Lebanon and killing him shortly after.

In Kafr Aaya, south of Homs, Mahmoud Hamed Deeb, an Alawite engineer and professor at Homs University, was lured under false pretenses and then murdered. On April 25, Mohammad Saeed Al-Waari, a third-year university student, was detained from his home in Karm Al-Louz, shot in the head, and dumped in the street. His mother’s voice recording confirms the brutality of his killing.

🔸 Lebanese authorities have charged Mohammad Hadi Saleh, an Islamic singer, with espionage for Israel. He has been accused of causing the deaths of Lebanese citizens, including Hezbollah members, in return for money

🔸 Judicial sources said Saleh was initially summoned for questioning over alleged financial fraud related to investments in stocks and the stock market. However, during the investigation, authorities discovered suspicious conversations on his phone with Israeli agents.

🔸 It was revealed that Saleh had been cooperating with Israel since the beginning of its latest aggression against Lebanon. He received $23,000 in total for his actions.

🔸 Saleh, known for his religious singing, would take photos with martyrs and post them online—information which Mossad used to identify targets. He would then perform elegies for them, disguising his betrayal.

🔸 He also provided the coordinates of Hezbollah security sites, which led to deadly attacks and the martyrdom of several Lebanese, including key Hezbollah figures.

Our air defenses succeeded in shooting down a hostile American MQ-9 drone while it was carrying out hostile missions in the airspace of Sana’a Governorate.
