If you use VLC player and encounter issues with "seek bar", "seeking with FF" or using the "Chapter buttons" causing VLC to Crash. disable "Hardware-accelerated decoding". Close and relaunch VLC and you should now be able to "seek" again. There is a bug that has not been worked around in the latest Intel video codecs. HTH MrDeploarable

If you have problems seeing your screen icons due to vision issues consider a dock or adjusting your fractional scaling.
This has been a long time coming and needed. If you don't know what HDR is modern TVs and monitors are equipped with this to increase the range of colors that can be displayed. GNOME has been sorely lacking on this feature as Plasma has at least been integrating it in bits and pieces.
