In accordance with CPR 75.7(1)(b), I require documented evidence of the date and method of service of the alleged warrant of control, including but not limited to:
• Proof of postage or delivery, confirming when and how the warrant was allegedly served upon me;
• Any tracking information or receipts related to the alleged service, if posted.
Furthermore, pursuant to CPR 75.7(2), I require a copy of the court-sealed request made by the claimant for the issue of the alleged warrant of control. This includes:
• A copy of the actual application or request submitted to the court;
• A sealed copy of the warrant as issued by the court;
• Evidence that the correct procedural steps were followed before enforcement action was taken.
Failure to provide this documentation will be taken as an admission that the proper procedure has not been followed and that any alleged warrant may be invalid or void.
