❗️❗️🟣Our air defenses succeeded in shooting down an American MQ-9 hostile drone while it was carrying out hostile missions in the airspace of Sana'a Governorate.

❗️🟣The plane was shot down with a locally manufactured surface-to-air missile. This is the second plane that our air defenses have succeeded in shooting down within 24 hours and the sixth during the current month of April. With this, the number of planes shot down during the Battle of the Promised Victory and the Holy Jihad has risen to 21.

⚠️The continuation of airstrikes and targeting of citizens, their properties, and public and private facilities will not break the will of the faithful and struggling Yemeni people and will only lead to more steadfastness and firmness in the position of support for the oppressed Palestinian people in confronting the crime of genocide war committed by the Zionist enemy against our people in Gaza, and in response to the religious, moral, and humanitarian duty.

🇵🇸We will continue our support operations until the aggression on Gaza stops and the siege is lifted.

🆔Following the #CIA’s covert Operation Timber Sycamore (OTS), which fueled the war on Syria and led to the toppling of its government and over 600,000 deaths, the US now announces a shift in military strategy.

🔹On Friday, the #Pentagon said it will reduce US troop presence in Syria to under 1,000, consolidating forces under Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve “to select locations in Syria.”

🇷🇺🇦🇲Armenia supported the UN resolution containing accusations against Russia.

🔹On April 16, Armenia voted for the UN General Assembly resolution supported by the European Union, which contains accusations against Russia. The preamble of the resolution, in particular, speaks of "Russian aggression against Ukraine and Georgia." 🔹The non-binding 12-page resolution calling for deeper cooperation between the UN and the Council of Europe was approved by 105 countries, with 9 voting against and 33 abstaining. 🔸Armenia's position on the resolution has become a complete failure of the republic's foreign policy, according to the Javakhk Diaspora in Russia.

In previous years, Yerevan has abstained from numerous UN resolutions condemning Russia’s actions in Ukraine. In early 2024, Armenian Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan publicly reaffirmed Yerevan’s support for Ukraine’s territorial integrity, prompting sharp criticism from Moscow,” the diaspora representatives noted.

🔹At the moment, the Russian Foreign Ministry has not commented on Armenia's vote. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova did not address this issue during her weekly press briefing. However, at the briefing, she touched upon the influence of the European Union on Armenia and Brussels' interests in the South Caucasus. The diplomat noted that France is drawing Armenia into the orbit of the collective West with "vague and, as always, deceptive prospects." According to the diplomat, the EU and France are trying by hook or by crook to "crawl" into the South Caucasus and gain a foothold "on the ground."

"The representatives of the European Union can be called "monitors"-spies. ❗️Marco Rubio says Iran has withdrawn from the JCPOA and should be subject to sanctions

▪️US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said European countries should decide whether to reimpose sanctions on Iran because he said Tehran was not complying with the nuclear deal.

▪️After talks with his European counterparts and leaving Paris, Rubio noted:

💬 "They have to make a big decision soon about whether to bring back sanctions because Iran has clearly pulled out of the current agreement."

💬 During his first term as president, Donald Trump pulled the United States out of a key nuclear deal that offered sanctions relief in exchange for curbs on Iran's nuclear program.

💬 The International Atomic Energy Agency issued a statement yesterday saying Iran is closer to developing a nuclear weapon than ever before. The president also made clear that Iran must not obtain nuclear weapons.

💬 "Iran has withdrawn from the agreement and is not complying with its obligations, so the return of sanctions is a completely logical and necessary step," Rubio added.

💬 He called on European countries to make a decision on a mechanism for restoring sanctions (the "snapback" mechanism) as soon as possible.
