Lady Lindsey on J6 pardons: "I fear it will get more violence. Pardoning the people who went into the Capitol and beat up police violently was a mistake. Background: This morning, the always scheming, diabolical Mehta (Obama) entered an order forbidding members of the Oath Keepers—who received commutations by Pres Trump and whose cases Mehta handled—from entering DC without Mehta’s permission.

Martin said, nope. Supervised release is part of the sentence so it’s covered by commutation.

I just spoke with Jasper County Sheriff's Office and they referred me to Indiana State Police, which is conducting the investigation. Spoke with two officials at ISP--I'll await any update from them into this incident and share what I find out.

A release J6ers was just killed by a police officer in Indiana

A J6 protester pardoned by Trump was killed by an Indiana police officer over the weekend.

FOX 32 Chicago reported at 4:15 p.m. local time Sunday that 42-year-old Matthew W. Huttle of Hobart, Indiana, was stopped by a Jasper County sheriff’s deputy during a traffic stop near the Pulaski County line.

Police say the deputy attempted to arrest Huttle after stopping him, but the civilian resisted. The officer responded by firing his weapon and killing Huttle following a supposed fight. “An altercation took place between the suspect and the officer, which resulted in the officer firing his weapon and fatally wounding the suspect,” the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
