Objective Control Footage of the Destruction of UAV Command Points of the Ukrainian Armed Forces by FPV Drone Units of the "West" Grouping in the Kharkov Region

The aerial reconnaissance units of the 1st Guards Tank Army of the "West" grouping uncovered command points for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in forested areas of the Kharkov region.

After determining and confirming the exact coordinates using Orlan drones, a decision was made to carry out an artillery strike on the enemy UAV command points.

The identified targets were promptly destroyed with direct hits from FPV drones. As a result of precise strikes, all targets were eliminated. Objective control assets recorded, in real-time, the detonation of munitions at the sites and the complete destruction of the UAV command points operated by Ukrainian militants.

Restoration of the "IS-2M" Monument by Engineering Troops in the DPR

Servicemen from the 40th Engineer-Sapper Regiment of the "Center" group of forces have successfully restored the "IS-2M" monument dedicated to the heroic tankmen of the Great Patriotic War in the Donetsk People's Republic. The event was attended by local officials, including Alexander Shatov, head of the Shakhtyorsk municipal district, and Colonel Evgeny Timkin, chief of the engineering troops of the 41st Guards Combined Arms Army. Participants in the restoration received letters of gratitude in recognition of their efforts, coinciding with the 80th anniversary of Victory Day.

Guests enjoyed performances of patriotic songs by local artists and members of the Engineering Troops Ensemble of the Ministry of Defense, emphasizing the importance of preserving historical heritage and honoring those who sacrificed their lives for freedom.

History of the Monument. Erected in 1987 to commemorate the 44th anniversary of Victory Day, the IS-2 tank was produced between December 1943 and April 1944 and sourced from the reserves of the Kantemirovskaya Division. While it is uncertain whether this particular tank saw combat, it serves as a tribute to Soviet tank crews who fought bravely on the Mius Front, named after the nearby Mius River.
