Tom is right regarding Scythians and Scandinavia DNA. While there are common Proto-Indo-European and maybe Caucasian adjacent ancestors. Scythian has become a term that has stretched too broadly to mean Indo-European. This isn't correct. Oftentimes, Christians who had lost their identity due to Abrahamic faiths had used the Biblical Table of Nations concepts to fill in the gaps. While migration from the East of Europe is correct, as is common Indo-European spirituality and certain genetic features, this doesn't make an Anglo-Norman or a Norse-Gael a Scythian.

Calling everyone Scythian ignores the Cimmerians, Alans, and others.
It is highly possible the Scythians were absorbed into later Hunnic and Gothic peoples, but this would dilute their DNA into a mixture over time.

Some Slavic groups will have DNA closer to Scythian as they occupied territory up to the Danube.
Ukraine would be the primary spot where some artifacts have been found.
Any Scythian Scandinavian connection here would be with the Rus mixing with locals and not from Rus themselves.

There is also a large chance various Trukic and central Asia groups absorbed what used to be the Scythian.

It is currently thought by some modenrly that Ossetians peoples and a few other Caucasian peoples might be the closest modern cousins.
Scythians an amazing group but a broadly overused term: https://t.me/hammerandvajra/4285
If they did a movie about Clovis, it would just be focused on his "baptism."
I agree that Theodoric or even Merovech would be very interesting.
Also, Amleth was real and the inspiration for Hamlet.

Bridging the Past:
Embracing a Living Pagan Tradition Through Ancestral Continuity.

In this video, my friend The Chad Pastoralist and I discuss the importance of a living tradition today. One that isn't focused on the gap of missing information but embraces our most recent ancestors as a link to our faith, going back to the beginning. We also discuss the existence of the Gods and our ancestral faith in a continual link.

The Chad Pastoralist is a historian devoted to history and its connection to the modern world.
He makes history memes, history posts, and actionable instructions on Wōden worship.

We have our own traditions, initiations, and rituals to draw from. It is about time we perform them.

There are other "new" faiths that have formed as offshoot or reconstruction of others like Sikhism and Mormonism, neither as old as our folk faiths and Paganism in general but they are highly dedicated and adhere to their faith, rituals, and tenants.

There is no reason why European Paganism and Heathenism can not do the same with that which we know is ancient, spiritual, warrior mindset, and folk in nature.

You don't need someone to tell you to start. You don't need someone shouting revival all the time.

We have revived.
We are a living tradition.

The research and initiations have been and are being done.

The time is now.
Live and be true to the Gods now.

Tldr: Hexagram is / was a common Pagan symbol before it was adopted as a Hebraic one. Its existence and usage aren't spiritually anti-Pagan or pro-Abrahamic by default historically. Just like the Swaztika, we should take back our symbols and their usages.

Symbols and geometry have psychology and spiritual power.

Allowing others to shape or corrupt the meaning behind a symbol gives them power over you.

This statement applies to all cultures.

Regardless of one's thoughts of British people or the greater British diaspora (Canada, US, Australia, New Zealand etc) they provided some of the best studies of linguistics religions, history, and science (Aside from France and Germany).
The world owes the Celto-Germanic people of Britain a lot!

Makes one think of Agartha / Shambhala.
Rather breathtaking and fascinating the almost alien like world within the cave.

Discovery:
The two pages are from a 13th century copy of the “Suite Vulgate du Merlin.” The manuscript, handwritten by a medieval scribe in Old French, served as the sequel to the legend of King Arthur.

In this video, I explore the outdated yet somewhat relevant perspective of Paganism as early humans’ reverence for natural phenomena. I also examine hero worship through the lens of our Gods as divine embodiments of elemental mastery expressed in an animistic form. These ideas will be evaluated using the works of Scottish historian and philosopher Thomas Carlyle. While I consider this perspective incomplete and flawed in its understanding of Paganism and Heathenism, it’s worth noting that these elements still hold some significance.
It's beyond Good vs Evil / duality and has lessons based more on metaphysical and virtuous reality.
Both are heroic.

I don't even need to tell you how much woke self flagellation is going on when you expand this post.
People who know nothing about history, genetics, religion, or better yet loyalty will preach to you about your cultures being for everyone... except for you and yours.
This is manipulation.
Anyone doing this is your enemy.

To continue...

Having a family tree that extends beyond the 18th and 19th centuries helps to establish a sense of continuity back into prehistory, because we garner a sense of where we would be in any given generation. Some modern Pagans choose to ignore their entire heritage from the Middle Ages simply because they don't have a family tree. It's easier to identify with projected, mysterious Pagan ancestors than it is with Christian ancestors from the Middle Ages if one lacks a family tree.

However, if you know your real ancestors—your family lineage from the 1800s going back to the 1500s, 1400s, 1300s, and earlier—you know yourself. It is perfectly acceptable to identify with our culture and ancestors from the colonial era, the medieval era, or the Victorian era and still be a Pagan. It is perfectly acceptable to practice the habits and customs, and to take a liking to our ancestors from any century, and still be a Pagan. For context, historical Germanic Pagans depicted the Gods in the cultural context of their day and were—for the most part—men and women of their time. They were completely connected to their ancestral heritage, knew their ancestors, and had established forms of worship without having to think about it—whereas today, many people don't have that. This is why it is so important to formulate these things.

A notable example comes from Adam of Bremen's 11th-century Gesta Hammaburgensis Ecclesiae Pontificum. In it, Bremen describes the way in which the idols of the Gods were adorned at the temple at Uppsala. Óðinn is described as wearing armour and wielding weapons (which Bremen likens to portrayals of Mars). This shows that historical Pagan Swedes depicted the Gods in armour and with weapons that were modern to them in their day. The same is true for the Lindby idol of Óðinn, the Rällinge statuette of Freyr, and the Eyrarland statuette of Þórr, all of which show the Gods wearing a conical hat that was common across Scandinavia in the Viking Age.

Rather than viewing our history as "Paganism -> gap -> revivalism," we should be viewing our history as a continuum. The Gods have always existed, and the functional structure and nature of the universe has not changed. Objective reality (i.e., that the Gods exist) does not—and therefore has not—changed due to shifts in consensus or changes in cultural context. We should strive to live in the now and cultivate the revitalisation of Paganism: enjoy and appreciate all of our history and all of our ancestors; use the sources on Germanic Paganism as a framework to establish our own authentic forms of worship; form real groups; and revitalise our worship of the Gods and the veneration of our ancestors.
No one would (or should) fault an Amerindian for returning to his roots and embracing his heritage (at least nowadays).
Only people who are openly ridiculed and shamed for it are Europeans.
Free yourself from this paradigm and arbitrary default settings.

Most boomer level etymological memes are shite.
Be it CI trying to convince you Israeli are Germanic Scythians, to Christians trying to make you think Paganism is Satanism, to Satanists trying to push Wotan = Satan, and even to 4chan level Pagans trying to be anti Abrahamic.

A lot of people abuse words to trick others but don't know a lick about linguistics.

Ruslan and Ludmila (1972)
Русла́нъ и Людми́ла

Soviet era movie based on poem by poem by Alexander Pushkin.
Despite Soviet production, its telling of the fairy tale has a lot of Slavic and Eurasian Pagan elements and themes. There is legitimate cultural relevancy as it is set in a semi historical Kievan Rus era.
Also, the aesthetics are top tier.

Despite certain ups and downs, Shinto had a syncretic faith with Buddhism. Shinto was never and can not be syncretic or compatible with Christianity.
Buddhism could do that with most Pagan and Indo-European / folk faiths, Christianity cannot.

With Christianity and most Abrahamic faiths, it is oil and water.
Poison and Ale.
Abrahamic faiths are not compatible with any other faith by design without losing their purpose. Which is the dissolution of all other beliefs except the service and submission to Yahweh / Allah, etc.

This isn't even a dig at or insult towards Abrahamics. Any Christian, Muslim, or Jew who is telling the truth and not trying to manipulate you into conversion will admit this is this goal.

I know a lot of ex Christians with guilt or baggage as well as open-minded Christian like to hope for a Christo-Paganism of some sort.
I , too, would like to have an alliance and some solidarity with people from my own tribe / ethnicity, even if they are Christian, due to our shared culture and heritage.

But this is on a whole a pipe dream. They are vastly incompatible without heavy reverse engineering.
Whether you are ending your day or just now rising. Here is some wisdom from the Lord who pours out blessings, Gautr, Óðinn.

Hávamál 58.
"He must early go forth | who fain the blood
Or the goods of another would get;
The wolf that lies idle | shall win little meat,
Or the sleeping man success."

Being a night owl this is something I struggle with.
However, I see it this way there is much to be done in the mornings or evenings, but doing so before others is important.
If one wants a modern tactical and applicable take, this can easily be viewed as taking advantage of the time you have.
Ultimately, finding the spirit and willpower to put forth effort to make success in whatever endeavor you strive towards.
Be this growing stronger, accumulating wealth, growing a community, better supporting one's family or clan, personal spiritual growth, or even hobbies.
If you take the Allfather's words here as both a command and a word of wisdom, meeting him with effort, he will, in turn, pour blessings upon said effort.
