These are the transcripts of the trial of Augustus Invictus in Charlottesville from October. The trial was a farce of justice. It concerned the "tiki torch march" at the University of Virginia in August of 2017. Included are some transcripts of other motions hearings.
Background: The march was supposed to be secret. Ultra-privileged University of Virginia Antifa goons spied on, and stalked the march. Antifa started some fights. They lost. So they turned to their professors to come up with a revenge-plan. UVA's Law School pushed for years to find something, anything to charge people with. They stacked the prosecutor's office with their people. The prosecutor issued "secret indictments". People were randomly arrested for years.
One of prosecutor Hingeley's most outrageous conflicts-of-interest was that his campaign was funded by billionaire Sonjia Smith whose daughter, Kendall Bills, was with Antifa at Unite the Right the next day. Somehow he was allowed to stay on the Augustus case, and many others.
At a different trial earlier last year, corrupt prosecutor Hingeley's case was blown out of the water. Unlike at Augustus Invictus' trial though, Hingeley and his UVA cronies were not allowed to participate, and a new judge was selected. It was telling, that because the trial was conducted outside ultra-corrupt Charlottesville, the jury failed to convict and the judge later dismissed the case.

Chauvinism Is Not National Socialism — Nor Is It Life Affirming
There is a critical misunderstanding — often repeated by both detractors and misguided advocates — that chauvinism is an inherent part of National Socialism. This is false. National Socialism, when properly understood through the lens of the Life Affirming Principle, is rooted in preservation, order, discipline, and reverence for one’s people — not in arrogant superiority or the degradation of others.
Chauvinism is a life-destroying force. It is driven by insecurity, by a need to feel “better than” others to justify one’s identity. But a healthy identity — a strong people — does not require comparison. You preserve what is yours not because it is superior to others, but because it is yours. It is the vessel of your ancestors, the memory of your bloodline, and the soul of your culture. That alone is worth defending.

I think Striker said this in his interview on PWR, the real political battle right now is between reactionaries and revolutionaries. I couldn't agree more. Reactionaries will settle for an American Putin, which is essentially what Trump is aiming to be. While they may say they want an "ethnostate" they will fall in line behind any strong, so-called "right wing," leader because they themselves are effeminate and gravitate towards strength, regardless of if that leader is actually going to lead us to where we want to be. Their "political advocacy" is in reality just grumbling and complaining about the current situation, not a serious call for change.
