关于东京地域迁移的通知

为了提供更好的服务，持续提高服务质量和稳定性，我们在东京开辟了新的数据中心，并且计划将东京地域服务迁移至新的数据中心。迁移操作计划于2025年1月11日6时(UTC+9)开始实施，预计需时14个小时，预计完成时间为2025年1月11日20时(UTC+9)，相关计划已于2025年1月8日通过邮件提前告知，现再次公告提醒。

在迁移期间，您的服务器将处于关闭状态，因此将暂时无法访问，对此我们深表歉意；在迁移完成后，您的服务器将恢复到迁移操作前的状态。另外，由于Cloud-init重新生成，您的 SSH 主机密钥指纹可能会发生变化。如果您想保持不变，请将/etc/cloud/cloud.cfg.d/99-pve.cfg 中 ssh_deletekeys 的值调整为false，参考的检查命令如下：

Notice of Changes to Network Conditions in Hong Kong

Dear Valued Customers,

We regret to inform you that due to significant changes in network conditions in the Hong Kong region, our negotiations with upstream network providers have been unsuccessful, and no viable alternative solutions are currently available. In light of these circumstances, we are implementing the following adjustments to our product line for the Hong Kong region:

1. Discontinuation of Cloud KVM VPS Products in Hong Kong

Effective immediately, the Cloud KVM VPS product for the Hong Kong region has been removed from sale and is no longer available for purchase.

2. Options for Existing Customers in the Hong Kong Region

To address the needs of our existing customers in the Hong Kong region, we are offering the following options:

2.1 Refund Option

Refund Amount: Calculated based on the remaining value of the service.

Refund Methods: Customers may choose one of the following options:

Refund via Original Payment Gateway: Available only for payments made within the past 180 days.

Refund to Account Balance: Applicable to all customers, including those who paid with cryptocurrency.

Special Discount for Refund to Balance: Customers opting for a refund to their account balance will receive a one-time 50% discount on purchasing other regular products (excluding domain names and SSL certificates). This offer applies to purchases made on either a monthly or annual basis.

How to Apply: Please submit a support ticket to our customer service team to process your refund request.

2.2 Adjustment to Current Plan

For customers who wish to continue using the service without opting for a refund, we will upgrade your plan’s traffic quota to five times its current amount free of charge.

3. Processing Timeline

Refund Request Deadline: Refund applications must be submitted by November 30, 2024. Applications received after this date will not be processed.

Traffic Adjustment Schedule: The traffic quota adjustment is expected to be completed by December 1, 2024.

因上游网络供应商(中国电信国际)决定于 2024 年 2 月 21 日终止在澳大利亚当地的相关业务，悉尼地域的 CN2 GIA 网络于 2024 年 2 月 23 日中断，随后悉尼地域服务对中国电信网络的连接延迟和丢包率均有所上升。

运营团队在该事件发生后已努力尝试寻求不同的解决方案以优化悉尼地域服务对中国电信的网络连接，但至今为止暂未有合适的替代方案。根据上游网络供应商的建议，我们在相近的新加坡地域增购了 CTGNet 和 ChinaNet 的网络带宽，以适配相似需求的客户。

综合当前的实际情况，运营团队决定为 2024 年 2 月 23 日前开通且在当下处于有效状态的所有悉尼地域服务提供下列解决方案，广大客户可以根据自身实际情况自愿选择一种解决方案。

We would like to inform you that certain versions of OpenSSH in Debian 12 and Ubuntu 22.04+ have received the CVE-2024-6387 vulnerability report. To ensure the security of your system, we strongly recommend that you update and upgrade your system immediately.

Although all of our system templates come with fail2ban and have SSH protection enabled, minimizing the impact of this vulnerability, we still advise all users to update OpenSSH.
