因上游网络供应商(中国电信国际)决定于 2024 年 2 月 21 日终止在澳大利亚当地的相关业务，悉尼地域的 CN2 GIA 网络于 2024 年 2 月 23 日中断，随后悉尼地域服务对中国电信网络的连接延迟和丢包率均有所上升。
运营团队在该事件发生后已努力尝试寻求不同的解决方案以优化悉尼地域服务对中国电信的网络连接，但至今为止暂未有合适的替代方案。根据上游网络供应商的建议，我们在相近的新加坡地域增购了 CTGNet 和 ChinaNet 的网络带宽，以适配相似需求的客户。
综合当前的实际情况，运营团队决定为 2024 年 2 月 23 日前开通且在当下处于有效状态的所有悉尼地域服务提供下列解决方案，广大客户可以根据自身实际情况自愿选择一种解决方案。
1、将服务迁移至有可用库存的其他同价地域(Mini Pro 产品可选东京、法兰克福；Cloud KVM 产品可选东京、法兰克福、阿姆斯特丹、杜塞尔多夫、塔林、纽约)，迁移后配置、流量、服务期限、续费价格均保持不变。请自行备份数据后提交工单申请迁移。

关于东京地域迁移的通知
为了提供更好的服务，持续提高服务质量和稳定性，我们在东京开辟了新的数据中心，并且计划将东京地域服务迁移至新的数据中心。迁移操作计划于2025年1月11日6时(UTC+9)开始实施，预计需时14个小时，预计完成时间为2025年1月11日20时(UTC+9)，相关计划已于2025年1月8日通过邮件提前告知，现再次公告提醒。
在迁移期间，您的服务器将处于关闭状态，因此将暂时无法访问，对此我们深表歉意；在迁移完成后，您的服务器将恢复到迁移操作前的状态。另外，由于Cloud-init重新生成，您的 SSH 主机密钥指纹可能会发生变化。 如果您想保持不变，请将/etc/cloud/cloud.cfg.d/99-pve.cfg 中 ssh_deletekeys 的值调整为false，参考的检查命令如下：
