Activists gave out food parcels and bottles of water, which were especially appreciated in the warm weather. Our pairs of trainers and socks were soon snapped up, and the hand sanitiser and t-shirts were especially in demand. As always, we were met with much gratitude and courtesy by our fellow British people who are down on their luck.

Patriotic Alternative Eastern
It is now 2 1/2 years that PA Beds & Herts County have been running regular fitness sessions together. This week with another new recruit. Our sessions have been the backbone of what is now a close knit and familiar team who will stick together through thick and thin.
Some may sneer and deride us saying things like "why are you wasting your time?", and "press ups won't solve our troubles".
However we know this is untrue. Building friendships with our kinsfolk while improving ourselves together is the start of a great history in the making. A history which is far greater than anything our opponents have.
We do not need someone's approval to live true to ourselves. Some in our circles have lost friends due to holding unpopular beliefs. But for those of us who go the course our comradeship is for life.
Get involved and play your part with Patriotic Alternative.

On Saturday the 5th of April, activists were in Altrincham, supporting another locally organised protest against the housing of migrants in the Cresta Court Hotel. The activists joined locals at a pub afterwards to discuss future protests.

Patriotic Alternative Families
PA families gathered for an Easter picnic at a countryside reservoir, making the most of the early spring sunshine.
The children had great fun hunting for eggs in the woods, blowing bubbles and rekindling friendships. We all tucked into sandwiches, cheeses, cold meats and homemade Simnel cake.
An easy-going, happy day spent with good company. Everyone pitched in and made it a special day that the children will remember.

On Saturday, 29th March, PA London activists joined t.me/vinniesullivan and circa 20 others, for his first guided tour in an area of historical London.
We visited the vicinity of #Smithfield meat market. The tour lasted some 3 hours and was both interesting and informative.
The day concluded at the pub for more casual conversation. Plenty of good political and networking conversations were made.
Future tours will be planned, covering different areas of London.

Hey guys! A little bit of an update about things...
Our fundraiser for the families of political prisoners has so far handed out £13,000 to families in need. We still have £7000 to hand out, so if anybody has got any suggestions for families who need help, please feel free to send them over. As we promised from the start, we've given full transparency over where every single penny has gone and we haven't taken an admin fee for PA.
In addition, out of the three PA activists who were convicted for public order offences and sent to prison, only James Costello remains in prison and he will be released by the end of the year. He is in high spirits and has been studying geography and Germanic and Celtic myths and legends. We are looking forward to his release, although he will remain on licence for a period of time and will not be able to engage in political activity. Sam is doing really well and has fallen back into family life with ease. He still has to stay at an Approved Premises and isn't allowed to sleep at home, however they just moved his curfew back from 7pm to 9pm so we get him for an extra two hours. Sam is being managed by a MAPPA panel and is classed as "category 3 - other dangerous offenders" if you want to look it up. It means he gets stricter restrictions and has lots of agencies and groups making decisions about him. You know my thoughts on these people and how little I think of them so I won't go into it again.
