The Crisis of Modern Society
Julius Evola argues that the crisis of modern society is fundamentally linked to the dissolution of the traditional Männerbünde, the initiatory and hierarchical warrior orders that once upheld sacred virility and transcendent authority.

Dugin delivers his most forceful critique against Nazi racialism, asserting that:
He’s got a point — Hegel’s Volk is spiritual, not biological:
However, this is a tenuous claim that collapses under rigorous scrutiny, failing to grasp how sovereign will, having dismantled his prior legalistic framework, constitutes a Volk as the living embodiment of Spirit, not its fettered negation. His earlier insistence on constitutional monarchy as Spirit’s rational form falters here — Nazism’s racial doctrine does not betray Hegel but extends his dialectic, integrating biology into a metaphysical essence of Forms through the Volk’s conscious self-actualization and ethical struggle, rather than just a predetermined biological substrate.
Alfred Rosenberg, a Nazi myth-maker, doesn’t just slap biology onto the table — he elevates it to a metaphysical plane:
Far from a betrayal, this is Geist rendered articulate — Gottfried Feder excluded racially congruent yet morally deficient Germans from the Volksgemeinschaft, prioritizing ethical fidelity over genetic lineage, while Robert Ley subordinated Germans to the Authenticity of inner character — biological traits thus serve as a medium of perception, shaped by consciousness and Dasein’s existential Authenticity, not as an immutable essence — the leadership principle, the sovereign will’s unification with the Volk’s ethical life, establishes this as a Sittliches Gemeinwesen, propelled through the conflict of history toward the World Spirit — legalistic formalism obstructs this dynamic unfolding — Dugin’s valorization of Russian lawlessness, his rejection of artificial legality, ought to affirm this sovereign mediation of Geist, yet he recoils, ensnared by the very rationalist constraints he claims to eschew — scholarly insight further exposes his oversight:
Nazism does not negate Hegel’s ethical core — it amplifies it, race functioning as an expression of Geist’s historical particularity, not its confinement — Dugin’s categorical rejection misapprehends this dialectic, mired in a legalistic formalism inconsistent with his own philosophical premises.
“Biological racism… completely negates the moral nature of the state (a fundamental aspect for Hegel).”
— Alexander Dugin, Hegel and The Fourth Political Theory
He’s got a point — Hegel’s Volk is spiritual, not biological:
“The nation as a state is spirit in its substantial rationality and immediate actuality.”
— Hegel, Philosophy of Right

New section:
Dugin sneers at Fascism’s supposed legal flimsiness, branding it a betrayal of Hegel’s vision, and zeroes in on Mussolini’s undefined role and Hitler’s refusal to restore a monarchy or enshrine his dictatorship in constitutional amber.
He postures that Hegel’s rational state demands a legal scaffold — a constitutional monarchy as its crowning glory — to cradle Spirit’s ethical order. But this legalistic fetish is a gaping wound in Dugin’s own philosophy, which festers with the Russian tradition of "lawlessness" (bezpravie) — a primal ethos that spits on rigid legalism, exalting the sovereign’s unbound will instead. In his broader screeds, Dugin crows:
From Ivan The Terrible’s blood-soaked Oprichnina to Stalin’s merciless purges, Russia’s might, in Dugin’s warped gaze, springs from shredding legal codes for a raw, sovereign will — a metaphysical middle finger to Western rationalism he can’t stop worshipping elsewhere.
Yet here he insists Fascism and Nazism bow to Hegel’s Philosophy of Right(§273-320), where the state’s rational will dons legal garb — a demand that slams headlong into his own Russian-drenched 4PT. The irony drips like venom: Fascism and Nazism outshine Dugin’s tepid vision by embracing this very lawlessness he claims to adore. Mussolini’s Duce and Hitler’s Führer didn’t grovel under legal straitjackets — they were Hegel’s Spirit incarnate, sovereigns who crushed civil society’s petty rules to meld Volk and state into a single organic entity. Gentile’s Ethical State roared through the Leggi Fascistissime’s brute force, not parliamentary prattle, while Nazi theorist Ernst Rudolf Huber crowned the Führer supreme:
“Judge” here isn’t some courtroom clerk — historically, it’s a king, a sovereign, from biblical warlords to medieval monarchs, crafting law from their own iron will, not parroting a statute book. This isn’t Hegel’s Spirit twisted — it’s Hegel’s Spirit unleashed, the leader’s sovereign will fusing universal and particular in a blaze of dialectical fire, no legal crutches needed. Dugin’s beloved Russian lawlessness — where the leader births the legal order, not the reverse — finds its fiercest echo in Fascism’s and Nazism’s scorn for formal restraints, not in 4PT’s flaccid, multipolar drift. His critique doesn’t just implode — it’s a self-inflicted gutting: he damns Fascism for shunning the legalistic liberal husk his own Russian soul reviles, laying bare a chasm between his liberal posturing and Dugin’s autocratic pulse. Dugin’s not Hegel’s savior — he’s a fraud, caught worshipping at the altar of liberal constitutionalism.

“True power lay in the hands of Benito Mussolini, whose role was not dogmatically and constitutionally clearly defined.”
“His [Hitler’s] dictatorial powers and charismatic status as ‘Führer’ did not receive full legal and constitutional development—despite significant theoretical developments in legal and constitutional models by German philosophers, especially Carl Schmitt.”

Pierre Drieu La Rochelle, who left this world in 1945, remains an immortal figure in French 🇫🇷 literature and revolutionary thought.
His writings burn with the anguish of a fading civilization, mourning France’s 🇫🇷 decline under the weight of decadence, liberalism, and communism. Yet his vision was one of defiance—a call to awaken a slumbering nation before it was lost.
More than a writer, Drieu was a warrior of the spirit, seeing in fascism not just an ideology but a force for renewal. He believed only strength, unity, and sacrifice could restore France’s greatness. Rejecting compromise, he embraced the struggle to reclaim the nation’s soul.
A visionary, a fighter, a voice that will not be silenced—Drieu’s legacy endures as a testament to identity, strength, and the eternal will of a people who refuse to surrender.

I hasten to point out that this reaction, although understandable, was not justifiable. First of all, because many of these Nazi-Maoists were just gentlemen trying to keep up with the fashion. But even those who sincerely hoped to create a new revolutionary front disappeared in the forest of red flags of their “allies”. Their uncertain thematics were sucked into Marxist jargon. They created doubts, from which only communism took advantage.

Brendan Simms on how Hitler's dispute with the Strasserists had nothing to do with economics, as many subversives trying to misrepresent Hitler as a defender of capitalism claim.
The dispute was on what is now called 'Third Worldism' - the idea that Germany should ally itself with non-White nationalists against European (particularly Anglo-Saxon) imperialism.
Hitler did not moralfag against Aryan superiority or colonialism, and neither should you.

Literally allies with Indians, creates anti-British propaganda during the war, and gives anti-imperialist speeches. Extremely disingenuous post from Joel.

I am currently in the process of developing my philosophical system into one that encompasses world-building. My approach is rooted primarily in the thought of Giovanni Gentile, while also drawing heavily from Plato, Aquinas, and the broader German Idealist tradition. However, I intend to significantly enrich this foundation with elements of existentialism, critical theory, Marxist thought, and Enlightenment-era Jacobin philosophy. Additionally, I plan to incorporate aspects of Duginism and geopolitical realism into the framework.
The ultimate aim is to construct a comprehensive world system that can serve as a definitive philosophical underpinning for a generalized conception of fascism. This system would unify various interpretations of the Third Position — from Nazism to Italian Fascism and beyond — into a coherent and ethically grounded model. The goal is to create a framework capable of rivaling Marxism, Hegelian philosophy, and even the profound influence of religious texts, prophets, and saints. While I am not claiming that this system would itself be a religion, I envision it as a pseudoreligion of sorts — a tangible, intellectually robust alternative that can stand alongside and challenge the enduring power of existing religious views and ideologies. Finally yes, this requires a fuck ton of coke.

At the end of the last century, Latin America faced serious problems caused by the economic policies of neoliberalism, which led to the de facto dictatorship of transnational corporations and the World Bank in a number of countries. The consequences of this were terrible — from mass poisoning due to the privatization of water supply and the collapse of strategic enterprises (with subsequent purchase dirt-cheap by external players) to a sharp jump in unemployment and mass riots.

The nationalist-revolutionary French identitarian rock band Fraction used Georges Sorel, Louis-Auguste Blanqui, Pierre Drieu La Rochelle, Ernst Jünger, the Strasser brothers, Che Guevara and Subcomandante Marcos as references. The musicians arrived on stage made up to resemble the hero of the film Brave Heart, a scenic device quite remote from the usual nationalist codes. Subjects of the song lyrics were Europe, anti-capitalism, refusal of upper middle class ideas, Holocaust revisionism, and the fight against ‘American-Zionist imperialism’. The first two albums ‘Rejoins nos rangs’ (Come Join Our Ranks) (1996) and ‘Le fléau’ (The Curse) (1997) were full of strong nationalist mythology and anti-Zionism. It is with the arrival of singer Philippe Vardon that the band reached maturity in the album ‘Le Son d’Histoire’ (The Sound of History) (2000). On their record, among other subjects, the band touched upon Chiapas (‘Ya basta’) and radical ecology (‘Ecoguerrier’).
