"Today I was on Hadara Street... I tried to make the women's eyes squint. I pushed the doorman, went into shops, looked at the merchandise, and bullied them in my dialect. I told one of them, 'By the Imam, your prices are expensive, you idiots.' My gun was in the car, and I had nothing with me but my heart's strength. Yet no man dared to question me."

In another post, he brags about running over women in Homs, showing no remorse:

"Today, in one of the Nusayri neighborhoods in Homs, three Nusayri women suddenly jumped in front of me. The problem isn't them; it's that I just washed the car, and now it's covered in blood, and the hood is dented."

These posts reveal a pattern of extremist behavior and sectarian hatred, which is alarmingly normalized among certain radical Sunni groups. His glorification of violence and sectarian incitement demand immediate attention and legal action to prevent further hate crimes and social division.

Tartous | Van & Criminals Responsible For Abductions on Video

A black Hyundai H1 with the phrase "There is no god but God" written in white on the back has been roaming around Tartous, abducting men and later dumping them in different locations across the city and one near Jableh.

Victims and eyewitness from these abductions indicate that the vehicle has Idlib license plates and was last spotted on the Tartous-Homs road, near Qatragi gas station. One of the men appears around 40 years old, and another individual was seen driving.

Additional suspicious vehicles reported in connection with these abductions include a black Tucson (black plate), a gray Kia Rio (black plate), and a gray Kia Spectra (black plate, old Cerato model).

Shia Man Killed After Abduction and Torture

Hassan Issa Jardo, 45 years old, was abducted by HTS militants on February 16, 2025, from the Al-Bayada area in Homs.

His body was later handed over to his family from Karm Al-Lawz Hospital, but with a manipulated cause of death. Upon seeing the body is was clear he had signs of torture, beatings and was killed with a gunshot to the head.

Relatives state that the HTS-alligned forensic doctor refused to document the true cause of death, instead, under the supervision of HTS militia members, the official report falsely attributed his death to "internal bleeding."

This deliberate falsification of medical records points to a systematic effort by Al-Julani’s regime to conceal evidence of its sectarian killings. Mr. Hassan Issa Jardo was a resident of Al-Jneinat village and belonged to the Shia sect.
