This is spot on, because the [crown] Maritime Constitution of 1874 is gone. Trump restored the Republic on Jan20, 2017. We are now back under the Original 1789 Constitution for the United States, and this is the REAL reason all these countries are coming to the table to negotiate their trades deals with America, NOT renegotiate the now non-existent old deals with the Corporation. It no longer exists.
