Ahead of the Treasury selection, Mr. Musk posted on X that Mr. Bessent was the “business-as-usual choice” and that Mr. Lutnick would “actually enact change.”

Mr. Trump ultimately selected Mr. Bessent, and told advisers he thought Mr. Lutnick had tried to steer the transition process toward his own selection for the Treasury job, according to two people with direct knowledge of his comments."

“Gary Shapley, who became a folk hero to conservatives when he revealed the Justice Department played favorites in its investigation of former first son Hunter Biden, was ousted from his role as acting IRS commissioner just days after being elevated to the position, sources familiar with the shake-up told The Post Friday.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has replaced Shapley with deputy treasury secretary Michael Faulkender following a power struggle with key Trump adviser Elon Musk over the appointment.

“Trust must be brought back to the IRS, and I am fully confident that TreasuryDepSec Michael Faulkender is the right man for the moment,” Bessent said in a statement on X Friday afternoon.

I jumped out my seat the first time Trump mentioned "Hydroxychloroquine."

I went through Nuclear, Biological and Chemical (NBC) warfare training in the Air Force back in early 1990s.

We carried stacks of those blisterpacks in our response kits. They were dirt cheap. I think it was $3 for 100 of them and they were used on hundreds of millions of people since the 50s. Totally safe even for pregnant woman and very hard to overdose on.

The joke was you could pop one and drink Mexican water and never get sick.

As soon as the media started shooting it down, I had a flashback to my NBC training.

They told us never fear a biological attack since the body would naturally overcome any new disease. They told us some may die, but most would only get sick and then recover as the body built immunity.

They actually told us for a bioweapon to kill you, it would have be introduced directly into your bloodstream because your body has natural defenses.

We were instructed to get people into the sun because UV was a natural anti-septic and the Vitamin D would help their immune systems.

But they also said a biological attack on the country, would ALWAYS BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A PSYCOLOGICAL OPERATION. Because the fear of the disease is what causes the most damage and that would be amplified by the psy-op to paralyze the victim.

I went through the training thinking the Soviets would be dropping. flyers on from airplanes.

I would have never guessed it was OUR MEDIA & GOV until I saw them shut down Hydroxychloroquine.

I turned to my wife and said, "the shot IS the bioweapon."
