RD CONGO. L’ex-président Joseph Kabila (photo), retiré depuis un an en Afrique du sud, est revenu dans son pays vendredi 18 avril 2025. Problème : il a débarqué, non pas dans la capitale, mais plutôt à Goma, ville conquise, au prix de 3000 morts, par les rebelles du M23 soutenus par le Rwanda.Pour le président Tshisekedi, la complicité entre Kabila et le M23 ne fait plus de doute. En mars, le vice-Premier ministre Jean-Pierre Bemba disait d'ailleurs détenir "toutes les preuves que Kabila finance le M23". Kabila conteste ces accusations que son parti, le PPRD, qualifie de « mensonges ».
