Election season is the time where hypocrisy is at its highest but also the time where our voices are the most impactful. As the blessed month of Ramadan slowly comes to an end. We prepare for Eid and most of us gradually go back to their routines, we must not forget that the people of Palestine will be celebrating Eid under heavy bombing, no food or aid and most of their family members having been taken by the occupation through one way or another. We have entered Ramadan with a renewed faith and commitment to cleansing our souls from sin and corruption. We must leave Ramadan with a heart full of motivation to keep fighting for justice, keep standing by our morals and not waver in the face of oppression even for a split second. Lets all take a moment, muslims and non-muslims to reset our moral compass and to make sure that we reignite this spark that pushes us to fight for liberation until every single palestinian gets to celebrate in the most dignified and honorable way very soon inshallah.

The Zionist entity has resumed its brutal assault on Gaza, shattering any illusion of ceasefire. Over 40 martyrs and 150 wounded, mostly children, have been reported in the latest wave of bombings. In Khan Younis, tents sheltering displaced families were set on fire. In Rafah, Gaza City, Jabalia, and Nusseirat, homes were reduced to rubble, leaving entire families buried beneath.

We cannot stay silent. We must mobilize now. Join us as we take to the streets to denounce the ongoing genocide and hold the US government accountable for its complicity.

🚨MONTREAL PROTEST🚨

As families in Gaza are denied food and water, as aid trucks are blocked by occupation forces under the watchful eyes of complicit world powers, we cannot stay silent. During this holy month of Ramadan, while we break our fast in peace, millions in Gaza face starvation trapped by a genocidal siege, their fate in the hands of imperialist and colonialist regimes.

Now, even the prospect of a ceasefire is at risk, held hostage by the ego of the occupation forces, who refuse to accept their defeat at the hands of the Palestinian resistance. Instead of ending their massacre, they tighten their grip using hunger as a weapon, punishing an entire people for their refusal to surrender.

We will not let them starve in silence. We will not let them fight alone.

📍 Join us in massive numbers this Sunday, March 9th, at 2 PM at Square Phillips to demand an end to this inhumane blockade and stand in solidarity with Gaza.

Alors que les familles de Gaza sont privées de nourriture et d’eau, alors que les camions d’aide humanitaire sont bloqués par les forces d’occupation sous les yeux des puissances mondiales complices, nous ne pouvons pas rester silencieux.
