As the blessed month of Ramadan slowly comes to an end. We prepare for Eid and most of us gradually go back to their routines, we must not forget that the people of Palestine will be celebrating Eid under heavy bombing, no food or aid and most of their family members having been taken by the occupation through one way or another. We have entered Ramadan with a renewed faith and commitment to cleansing our souls from sin and corruption. We must leave Ramadan with a heart full of motivation to keep fighting for justice, keep standing by our morals and not waver in the face of oppression even for a split second. Lets all take a moment, muslims and non-muslims to reset our moral compass and to make sure that we reignite this spark that pushes us to fight for liberation until every single palestinian gets to celebrate in the most dignified and honorable way very soon inshallah.

We are all witnesses of every ounce of horror that has been coming out of Palestine for the past 8 decades. We have all been victim of attempts to silence us because the truth does not push every agenda in the same direction. As we show up every Sunday, we must remember that we are not dealing with a grey zone, a complex subject or a moral quandry. We simply have to ask ourselves if we stand for oppression and injustice or for freedom and humanity. Your answer has been showing every single sunday and it will keep echoing in Palestine until total liberation is attained, without any compromise inshallah.
