After more than three years of negotiations, WHO Member States have reached a significant milestone in creating a global pandemic agreement. The proposal, which will be submitted to the World Health Assembly in May 2025 for consideration, aims to improve global collaboration on pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response. The agreement includes measures such as establishing a pathogen access and benefit-sharing system, promoting a One Health approach, building diverse research and development capacities, and enhancing global health workforce mobilization.
However, we have deep concerns about the World Health Organization's overreach and lack of accountability. The idea of granting them further influence over global health policies, even under the guise of preparedness, is troubling. While the agreement reaffirms the sovereignty of nations, it’s clear that the WHO’s long-term agenda could undermine national control. We do not trust the WHO to act in the best interests of our country or its citizens, and we want nothing to do with this proposal. Our commitment remains to protect our borders, health policies, and freedoms without external interference.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) has plans to consolidate operations and reduce the number of post offices, particularly those more than 50 miles from a processing center, to cut transportation costs and improve efficiency.
This initiative, which began in Richmond, Virginia in late October 2023, is now expanding to other regions. The specific list of affected communities and the timeline for these changes have not been released yet.
