Trump is going after Disparate Impact - a legal doctrine that arbitrarily conflates disparities with discrimination.

From the Executive Order:
- Disparate-impact liability, which holds that a near insurmountable presumption of unlawful discrimination exists where there are any differences in outcomes in certain circumstances among different races, sexes, or similar groups, even if there is no facially discriminatory policy or practice or discriminatory intent involved, and even if everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed.
- Disparate-impact liability all but requires individuals and businesses to consider race and engage in racial balancing to avoid potentially crippling legal liability.
- Under my Administration, citizens will be treated equally before the law and as individuals, not consigned to a certain fate based on their immutable characteristics.

Good work by @USGSA for inking its first consolidated deal following the President’s Executive Order: Eliminating Waste and Saving Taxpayer Dollars by Consolidating Procurement.

With this deal, GSA effectively used government-wide buying leverage to secure a 71% price reduction for Workspace, which will be available to all federal agencies. This will be the first of many bulk discounts as a result of centralized procurement.

😆🔥 President Donald Trump has hung another self portrait in the White House, this time right next to Hillary Clinton's picture from her time as first lady.

The Trump painting was revealed by tweets from people who attended the White House Easter Egg Roll on Monday and posted pics of the new portrait, which is a close up of Trump's face. Imposed over his steely glare are the stars and stripes of the American flag.

It's hung in a prominent location in the White House, just outside the East Wing where first lady Melania Trump has her offices. Visitors taking the official White House tour pass by that location.

But, unlike the first self-portrait Trump hung, this one did not appear to displace any previous painting. Instead, it appears to be squished onto the wall between portraits of Clinton and Laura Bush.
