🚨 JUST IN: CHD Funds Lawsuit Against CDC Over Program That Forces Pediatricians to Give COVID Vaccines to Kids on Medicaid
A California pediatrician is suing the CDC over a federal program that requires doctors in her state who treat children enrolled in Medicaid to give those children all of the vaccines recommended by the CDC.
Dr. Samara Cardenas lost her medical practice after the CDC Vaccines for Children Program kicked her out of the program because she wouldn’t give COVID-19 vaccines to healthy kids.
Cardenas is not seeking compensatory damages. Instead, the lawsuit “seeks to compel the CDC to abandon its misguided and scientifically untethered policy, and stop the unnecessary mass vaccination of the nation’s poorest children.”

That Fluoride Added to Your Town Water to ‘Prevent Cavities?’ The EPA Says It’s Hazardous Waste
Fluoride is supposedly a “miracle mineral” when added to water to prevent tooth decay. But it’s the byproduct of phosphate fertilizer production, and is classified by the EPA as hazardous waste. That means towns and states that decide to stop fluoridating their water have to find ways — and spend big — to dispose of their remaining stockpiles.

Medical freedom groups in New York are fighting legislation that would make it mandatory for the state’s healthcare providers to report all vaccines they administer to adults.
The RFK Jr. Act is modeled after the state’s existing database, which mandates vaccine reporting for patients 18 and under.
Under the proposed law, healthcare providers would be required to report when they administer a vaccine to an adult, unless the patient opts out. Opponents contend that most people would not understand their rights to opt out of having their information added to the database.

The Health Freedom community is grieving the loss of Sumayyah Simone, a cherished friend, a “mama bear” and a quiet voice that grew strong and resonant when the need arose.
In one of their last conversations, Sumayyah passed a torch and extracted a promise from her close friend and fellow advocate, Melissa Alfieri-Collins of the New Jersey Healthcare Alliance. She told Melissa:
“I don’t understand how people fighting for the same thing can be so divided. Don’t let them break you. Promise me. Division is how you fail.”
Our thoughts are with her husband, Ralph, and her children, Crystal and Raphael. ❤️
