🔸80-årsdagen av Segern i Stora Fosterländska kriget närmar sig. Denna dag brukar kallas för "ett firande med tårar i ögonen", då vi erinrar oss om det sovjetiska folkets mod och självuppoffring. Vårt folk betalade det högsta priset för att rädda världen från det fascistiska hotet. Vi sörjer också alla dem som föll offer för detta förödande krig.
🔸Inte bara soldater och arbetare på hemmafronten bidrog till Segern, utan också diplomater, inklusive de som tjänstgjorde i Norden.
🔸 Trots att inga stridigheter ägde rum på svenskt territorium, finns det en hel rad gravar av sovjetiska medborgare runt om i landet. De antingen omkom under flykten från fångläger i norra Finland och Norge eller avled av sina skador och sjukdomar på sjukhus i norra och södra Sverige.
🔸Vi har fortfarande en möjlighet att ta del av vittnesmål om kriget från dess veteraner och arbetare på hemmafronten. Deras ovärderliga minnen har med stor omsorg samlats i en bok som förberetts av Ambassaden inför Segerns 80-årsdag.
🔸Tyvärr bevittnar vi numera försök att revidera historien och att glorifiera nazistiska förbrytare och deras medlöpare.
👉 På Segerns 80-årsdag vill vi ännu en gång påminna om det hjältedåd som vårt multinationella folk begick. Det försvarade Fosterlandet och räddade Europa från "det bruna pesten" trots oerhörda prövningar.
Sovjetfolkets hjältedåd i det kriget är inte bara en del av det förflutna. Det är en lärdom för framtidsgenerationer som aldrig får glömmas!

❗️FAKE ACCUSATIONS MADE BY UKRAINE AGAINST RUSSIA
(2022-2025)
Since the beginning of the special military operation, Kiev, in order to construct an anti-Russian information agenda and incite Russophobic sentiments, both in Ukraine and in the international community, it pursues a consistent line of making fake accusations against Russia and resorts to carrying out targeted stagings and shifting responsibility for its own crimes onto our country. Below are the most striking examples of such provocations.
Mariupol Maternity Hospital
❌Fake: On 9 March 2022, the Russian military allegedly launched an airstrike on City Hospital No. 3 with a maternity ward in Mariupol, killing five people (including a pregnant woman and her baby) and leaving at least 17 wounded. Western mass media were abuzz with photographs of a pregnant young woman taken in the vicinity of the hospital.
✅Fact. In reality: The hospital had been used as the headquarters by the Nazi
Azov battalion. There had been many expectant and new mothers in the hospital's maternity ward, but they had all been evacuated the day before the strike.
The name of the young woman who had allegedly been hit in the "airstrike" is Marianna Vyshemirskaya. After the liberation of Mariupol by Russian troops, she gave an interview publicly stating that there had been no airstrike on the maternity hospital and that some Ukrainian armed groups had turned the building of the city hospital into their strongpoint, expelling most of the patients and robbing the rest of their rations. The girl heard the blasts and was approached immediately afterwards by a well-known photo reporter from Kiev linked to Ukrainian nationalists and cooperating with the Associated Press and other Western media giants; the man had been waiting for her near the building and took the famous shots.
The nature of the damage caused to the buildings speaks for itself: the photographs of the hospital's premises provide evidence that there were two separate staged explosions, whereas a high-explosive aerial munition, even of a lesser yield, would have ruined the walls of the building.

🗓 On April 28, Russia's Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large on the crimes committed by the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik, held a briefing at the Ministry's Press Centre. A summary report of the crimes committed by Ukrainian neo-Nazis in the first quarter of 2025 was presented.

Excerpts from the statement by Rodion Miroshnik:
• The data presented [in the report] was collected through our cooperation with the relevant federal agencies and local administrations in regions affected by the conflict. <...> Our conclusions are based on testimonies from victims and witnesses of crimes of Ukrainian neo-Nazis.
• Crimes committed by Ukrainian militants against civilians have been carried out as part of a coordinated state policy by the Kiev regime aimed at attacking civilian population of Russian regions. The criminal strategy of the Zelensky regime is to sow panic among local civilian population and to undermine Russia from within.
• The increase in shelling and casualties among civilians is directly linked to Zelensky's policies and those of his puppeteers. <...> The sharp rise in the number of Ukrainian shellings was recorded in the last weeks of March. It has been in reaction to negotiations between Moscow and Washington. During this period, the number of daily shellings reached 300, or more than 2'000 shellings per week, around 25% higher than the weekly figures for January and February 2025.
• From January 1 to March 31, the actions of the Ukrainian army caused casualties among at least 1'489 civilians. 1'197 were wounded and 292 were killed. 68 minors were harmed, and five were killed.
• After March 18, following the telephone conversation between Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, the number of victims from Ukrainian shelling increased by at least 33%. In the last two weeks of March, more than 150 civilians were killed by Ukrainian forces each week.
• Now that the liberation of our territory from Ukrainian punishers and militants has been completed, investigations into the crimes of Ukrainian armed groups will be intensified. In several towns, such as Nikolaev-Daryiny, Plekhova, and Guyeva in the Kursk region, only half of the civilians who were unable to evacuate before the Ukrainian Nazis took over survived.
• Ukrainian militants captured by Russian forces have already confessed, admitting that they were ordered by their commanders not to spare civilians.
• With almost no trust between the parties to the conflict, [the Kiev regime] has completely derailed the agreement regarding the introduction of a 30-day moratorium on strikes against energy infrastructure.
• We are witnessing a dangerous trend that in the context of attempts by the United States and Russia to find peaceful solutions to the situation, the risk of provocations by the Ukrainian side is increasing. As practice shows, Kiev is prone to organising such provocations on its own territory, resulting in the deaths and injuries of its own citizens, especially when independent investigations into these incidents are virtually impossible.

Key talking points
• We continue our contacts with the American Side on the situation in Ukraine. There are several signs that we are moving in the right direction, first of all, because President Trump is probably the only leader on Earth who recognized the need to address the root causes of this situation. When he said that it was a huge mistake to pull Ukraine into NATO, and this was a mistake by the Biden administration, and he wants to rectify this.
• We only target military goals or civilian sites used by the military. President Putin expressed this for so many times, and this is not different this time as well. We never consciously target civilian sites, unlike the Zelensky regime.
• The Trump administration is interested in searching for a balance of interest. They sincerely want to understand better the Russian position. And they're getting this understanding. And we understand better the American position through negotiations and meetings and discussions, which we have with them.
• We are really polite people. And unlike some others, we never discuss in public what is being discussed in negotiations. Otherwise, negotiations are not serious.
• Whenever we discuss Iran, Venezuela, North Korea, anything, American negotiators put on top human rights. They have claims in this regard to China, to us, to anybody. But whenever Europeans and other Western nations speak about Ukraine, nobody can even mumble the words "human rights".
• We have nothing against American companies, but those companies who decided to leave their business in Russia might find that their place has been already taken by Russian or other foreign investors. And in this case, we would not make any decisions which would discriminate those who came to invest in Russia instead of Americans. If American companies would like to come to a place which is not yet occupied, if they want to propose a project, a new project on top of the previous business ties, of course, we will look into this. And if we find balance of our interests, I think it would be only natural to get into business together.
• We have been promoting for many years in the United Nations a resolution prohibiting putting any nuclear weapons into outer space. The country which is categorically against it is the United States. At least during the Biden administration, this was the case, they were categorically against it. At the same time, the United States promotes an approach according to which they want to prohibit putting conventional weapons in outer space. And they cannot answer the question, "Does this mean that nuclear weapons, they would be planning to move to the orbit?"
• It was the United States which broke the process of strengthening strategic stability. And if the United States is willing to get back to this track, we will see what are the conditions under which this might be possible.
• We welcome the dialogue between the US and Iran. We would be certainly ready to help if both parties believe this is going to be useful. And they know that we are ready.

к 80-летию Победы в Великой Отечественной войне
🌟Приближается 80-летие Победы в Великой Отечественной войне – день, который принято считать «праздником со слезами на глазах». В эту дату мы вспоминаем мужество и самоотверженность советского народа, заплатившего высочайшую цену за спасение мира от фашистской угрозы, и скорбим обо всех, чьи жизни забрала эта разрушительная война.
🔸Вклад в Победу внесли не только солдаты и труженики тыла, но и дипломаты, в том числе на североевропейском направлении.
🔸Хотя военных действий непосредственно на территории Швеции не велось, здесь захоронен целый ряд советских граждан, бежавших из лагерей военнопленных на севере Финляндии и Норвегии и погибших по пути, либо скончавшихся в госпиталях на севере и юге Швеции от ран и болезней.
🔸У нас по-прежнему есть возможность получать свидетельства о войне из первых уст – от ветеранов и тружеников тыла. Бесценные страницы их памяти бережно собраны в книге, специально подготовленной Посольством к 80-летию Победы.
🔸К сожалению, сегодня мы сталкиваемся со стремлением переписать историю, с героизацией нацистских преступников и их пособников.

❗️Ryska Ambassadens uttalande i samband med ytterligare russofobisk kampanj i Sverige
Russofobiska inlägg i svenska massmedier är inget att förvånas över. Men även mot denna bakgrund uppfattar vi som hädisk den kampanj som utlösts i en svensk skvallertidning mot deltagarna i bilkaravanen inom ramen för samhällsrörelsen det odödliga regementet inför 80-årsdagen av Stora fosterländska kriget.
Även Sveriges migrationsminister Johan Forssell har ansett det nödvändigt att bland sig in i denna rent hänsynslösa diskussion genom att grundlöst anklaga bilkaravanens deltagare för samröre med extremistiska rörelser och hävda att Sverige ”inte har någon som helst skyldighet att visa gästfrihet till personer som hotar dess allmänna ordning och säkerhet”. Statsrådet har även passat på att påminna om regeringsförslaget om att införa ”ett vandelskrav” för uppehållstillstånd.
Statsrådet Forsell har dock, av det som framgår av hans uttalande, begränsat sig till att endast snabbläsa rubriker och sedan kanske bedömt att själva innehållet i skvallertidningens så kallade avslöjande inte förtjänar uppmärksamhet. Det har han naturligtvis helt rätt i.
Hade statsrådet tittat lite närmare på dessa publikationer, skulle han dock lätt ha förstått att de inte handlar om några nykomna ”eventuella extremister” som på ett brottsligt sätt försöker bosätta sig i det nordliga landet, utan om högutbildade personer med bakgrunden i Ryssland och fd Sovjetunionens delrepubliker. De har bott i Sverige i decennier, bidragit till dess utveckling, samvetsgrant följt svensk lag och inte gömt sig för någon, inte ens för skvallertidningar som sprider hets mot allt som har med Ryssland att göra. Bland de intervjuade finns till och med infödda svenskar som visserligen inte behöver något särskilt tillstånd för att bo, tänka och uttrycka sig fritt i sitt eget land.
Dessa människor, enligt deras egna ord, deltar i det odödliga regementet för att ”fira fred”, bevara minnet om andra världskrigets tiotals miljoner offer samt att hedra alla dem som under dessa fruktansvärda år riskerade sina liv för att befria sitt hemland, Europa och omvärlden från fascism och nazism.
Kan det anses vara olämpligt att ha sådan typ av strävanden i en stat som aktivt förespråkar demokrati och frihet samt profilerar sig på det?
Svaret är givet. Den, som försöker kasta skugga över ämnet Stora Segern som är heligt för hela världen, och därmed inför dess 80-årsdagen, misskrediterar sig själv genom att tydligt visa sitt verkliga väsen som inte har särskilt mycket att göra med demokratiska värderingar.
Russofobiska inlägg i svenska massmedier är inget att förvånas över. Men även mot denna bakgrund uppfattar vi som hädisk den kampanj som utlösts i en svensk skvallertidning mot deltagarna i bilkaravanen inom ramen för samhällsrörelsen det odödliga regementet inför 80-årsdagen av Stora fosterländska kriget.
Även Sveriges migrationsminister Johan Forssell har ansett det nödvändigt att bland sig in i denna rent hänsynslösa diskussion genom att grundlöst anklaga bilkaravanens deltagare för samröre med extremistiska rörelser och hävda att Sverige ”inte har någon som helst skyldighet att visa gästfrihet till personer som hotar dess allmänna ordning och säkerhet”. Statsrådet har även passat på att påminna om regeringsförslaget om att införa ”ett vandelskrav” för uppehållstillstånd.
Statsrådet Forsell har dock, av det som framgår av hans uttalande, begränsat sig till att endast snabbläsa rubriker och sedan kanske bedömt att själva innehållet i skvallertidningens så kallade avslöjande inte förtjänar uppmärksamhet. Det har han naturligtvis helt rätt i.

These countries were able to take part in today’s meeting following the Kazan Summit. Held as part of Russia’s chairmanship, it made a historical decision to create this partner category, which includes Belarus, Bolivia, Kazakhstan, Cuba, Malaysia, Nigeria, Thailand, Uganda and Uzbekistan. <...>
🌐 We spoke out in favour of further enhancing the contribution by #BRICS and the countries of the Global Majority in general to addressing the key challenges the world is facing today. We noted that collective actions by our group can play an important role in achieving sustainable development goals, ensuring security and fostering economic growth.
At the meeting, we paid special attention to the need to continue our efforts to promote reform within international financial institutions, primarily by revising IMF quotas, which must reflect the role of the Global South and East in the global financial system and economy. <...>
There was quite a lengthy discussion on the latest regional and international developments, including the multiple crisis situations around the world. The deteriorating situation in the Palestinian territories and across the Middle East in general, as well as in many regions of the African continent is a matter of special concern. <...>

• Our proposal, which President Vladimir Putin has made public, is to initiate direct talks without any preconditions. In the current situation, a ceasefire is a preliminary condition that will be used to provide assistance to the Kiev regime and reinforce its combat capabilities.
• Certainly, it is imperative that all parties have a clear understanding of the evolving dynamics between Moscow and Washington. <...> We advocate for an honest and equal dialogue aimed at building a balance of interests. The United States has reciprocated with similar signals. Russia and the US are working together across multiple domains. In fact, they continue to cooperate literally as we speak.
• National currencies account for over 65% of trade between BRICS countries, while the share of the US dollar has diminished to one third. Other tasks stipulate the creation of payment instruments and platforms, including discussing the possibility of creating a cross-border payment system and an electronic depository and clearance system (BRICS Clear), and a unified mechanism for exchanging trade and economic information.
• The International Criminal Court has completely discredited itself. It is being steered by Western countries. It protects some countries from criticism even though they openly violate international law, and adopts measures aimed at punishing other countries, up to and including arrest warrants, in the absence of factual proof.

Великая Отечественная оставила свой след и в Швеции. В год 80-летия Победы представители российского Посольства в Стокгольме отправились на Север и Юг страны, чтобы почтить память советских граждан.
23 апреля с.г. в г. Лулео сотрудники роспосольства во главе с советником-посланником В.А.Ляпиным приняли участие в церемонии возложения цветов к мемориалу, посвященному советским воинам и гражданским лицам, освобожденным из немецких лагерей в Норвегии.
В 1945 г. на месте данного памятного камня (установленного по инициативе организации российских соотечественников в Швеции «Спутник» и при поддержке Посольства России в Стокгольме) располагался пересылочный лагерь для бывших советских военнопленных.
28 апреля Посол России в Швеции С.С.Беляев, Почетный консул России в Мальмё Л.Браттмарк, сотрудники Посольства и представители организаций соотечественников посетили захоронения в Мальме и Лунде, чтобы почтить память советских военных, которые отдали свою жизнь за нашу страну и за освобождение Европы от фашизма.

✍️ 25-26 апреля в России и за рубежом состоялась ежегодная международная просветительско-патриотическая акция #ДиктантПобеды, ставшая неотъемлемой частью празднования Дня Победы.
Участники по всему миру уже в седьмой раз проверили свои знания истории Великой Отечественной войны.
В этом году «Диктант Победы» стал самым масштабным за всю историю проведения — его написали более двух миллионов человек в более чем 90 странах, в том числе впервые в Швеции, Швейцарии, Гвинее, Индонезии, Кении, Мадагаскаре, Намибии, Мьянме и Танзании.
🇧🇾 В Республике Беларусь площадка филиала Российского государственного социального университета в Минске стала самой крупной из проводивших Диктант на территории страны — проверить свои знания истории Великой Отечественной войны одновременно пришли более 500 человек.
🇨🇳 В Китае мероприятие проходило в Российском культурном центре в Пекине, на площадках Генеральных консульств России, в школе при Посольстве России, в Университете МГУ-ППИ в Шэньчжэне.
🇰🇬 В Киргизии акция прошла на 70 площадках в 27 городах и сёлах страны: в школах, лицеях, вузах, библиотеках, редакциях газет и социальных учреждениях.

According to a report by Sky News, the neo-Nazis of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will participate in the VE Day procession in London on May 8.
The country has not seen anything like this for nearly 90 years since the infamous Cable Street march, when Oswald Mosley’s British Union of Fascists was granted official permission to march through London’s East End in October 1936 – an event widely regarded as a shameful chapter in British history.
At that time, many showed support for the British Fascists in London. There were still nearly two years left until the 1938 Munich Agreement – the example of Britain’s appeasing Hitler. England still demonstrated conscience and dignity as anti-fascist activists and some concerned police officers managed to disrupt the far-right and anti-Semite procession in the city.
But this time, London will actually see them march.
Surprisingly, the British authorities’ rationale behind the decision is the Kiev regime’s confrontation with Russia, which is cited directly by Sky News.
This evokes disturbing historical parallels of Great Britain’s notorious insidiousness.
For instance, Winston Churchill, who took part in the Yalta and Potsdam conferences along with the other Big Three leaders, publicly affirmed the alliance with the USSR while addressing Soviet people and Generalissimo Joseph Stalin, and praised the Red Army’s sacrifices. However – as we all know it now – behind closed doors, he authorised the drafting of Operation Unthinkable, a secret plan for a potential Allied invasion of the Soviet Union.
These plans remained classified for half a century until they were finally released by the British General Staff in 1988. Apparently, MI5 and MI6 thought that the Soviet Union, which was on the verge of collapse at the time, would have its historical memory buried, and the publication of these materials would no longer compromise London.
Britain’s direct armed confrontation with the USSR is nothing new. During the Russian Civil War, British forces participated in the Triple Entente intervention. Less than three decades later, the idea of attacking Russia again resurfaced in London.
In the immediate aftermath of World War II, many in London hoped for the launch of an offensive against the USSR. The fully developed plan assumed the “strategic defeat” of Moscow after the end of the war in Europe.
Historians continue to debate why the British never sent their weapons against Soviet troops in 1945–1946. Some claim that the Conservative Party losing the election was the cause, while others point to fears that such a war against the USSR would crush Western Europe and Britain itself. Perhaps London ultimately recognised the military prowess of the Red Army that had decisively defeated the Nazi war machine and thus could take upon any challenge.
Now, British authorities, unable to achieve their strategic objectives through inflicting the “strategic defeat” and led by despair and hopelessness, have chosen to allow actual Nazis – Ukrainian terrorists and militants armed with British weapons – to march through Trafalgar Square.
The Global Majority will see it as a parade of ideological descendants of Nazis, collaborators, and criminals responsible for the Holocaust and genocide of Soviet people.
In their attempts to inflict a “strategic defeat” on Russia, the Anglo-Saxons only inflicted a blow on themselves. According to a report by Sky News, the neo-Nazis of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will participate in the VE Day procession in London on May 8.
The country has not seen anything like this for nearly 90 years since the infamous Cable Street march, when Oswald Mosley’s British Union of Fascists was granted official permission to march through London’s East End in October 1936 – an event widely regarded as a shameful chapter in British history.
At that time, many showed support for the British Fascists in London. There were still nearly two years left until the 1938 Munich Agreement – the example of Britain’s appeasing Hitler. England still demonstrated conscience and dignity as anti-fascist activists and some concerned police officers managed to disrupt the far-right and anti-Semite procession in the city.
But this time, London will actually see them march.
Surprisingly, the British authorities’ rationale behind the decision is the Kiev regime’s confrontation with Russia, which is cited directly by Sky News.
This evokes disturbing historical parallels of Great Britain’s notorious insidiousness.
For instance, Winston Churchill, who took part in the Yalta and Potsdam conferences along with the other Big Three leaders, publicly affirmed the alliance with the USSR while addressing Soviet people and Generalissimo Joseph Stalin, and praised the Red Army’s sacrifices. However – as we all know it now – behind closed doors, he authorised the drafting of Operation Unthinkable, a secret plan for a potential Allied invasion of the Soviet Union.
These plans remained classified for half a century until they were finally released by the British General Staff in 1988. Apparently, MI5 and MI6 thought that the Soviet Union, which was on the verge of collapse at the time, would have its historical memory buried, and the publication of these materials would no longer compromise London.
Britain’s direct armed confrontation with the USSR is nothing new. During the Russian Civil War, British forces participated in the Triple Entente intervention. Less than three decades later, the idea of attacking Russia again resurfaced in London.
In the immediate aftermath of World War II, many in London hoped for the launch of an offensive against the USSR. The fully developed plan assumed the “strategic defeat” of Moscow after the end of the war in Europe.
Historians continue to debate why the British never sent their weapons against Soviet troops in 1945–1946. Some claim that the Conservative Party losing the election was the cause, while others point to fears that such a war against the USSR would crush Western Europe and Britain itself. Perhaps London ultimately recognised the military prowess of the Red Army that had decisively defeated the Nazi war machine and thus could take upon any challenge.
Now, British authorities, unable to achieve their strategic objectives through inflicting the “strategic defeat” and led by despair and hopelessness, have chosen to allow actual Nazis – Ukrainian terrorists and militants armed with British weapons – to march through Trafalgar Square.
The Global Majority will see it as a parade of ideological descendants of Nazis, collaborators, and criminals responsible for the Holocaust and genocide of Soviet people.
In their attempts to inflict a “strategic defeat” on Russia, the Anglo-Saxons only inflicted a blow on themselves. Судя по этим комментариям, господин Форсель ограничился просмотром газетных заголовков и счел, что сами псевдорасследования бульварных газет внимания не заслуживают. В этом он, конечно, полностью прав.
Правда, если бы господин министр взглянул на эти материалы немного внимательнее, то без труда понял бы, что речь в них идет отнюдь не о только что прибывших в Швецию «потенциальных экстремистах», преступными путями пытающихся осесть в этой северной стране, а о высокообразованных выходцах из России и других республик бывшего СССР, которые уже десятилетиями живут в Швеции, вносят свой вклад в ее развитие, добросовестно соблюдают шведские законы и ни от кого не скрываются, даже от пышущих злобой ко всему, связанному с Россией журналистов «желтой прессы».
Эти люди, по их собственным словам, участвуют в акции «Бессмертный полк», чтобы «отпраздновать мир», сохранить память о десятках миллионов жертв Второй мировой войны, воздать дань уважения всем, кто в те страшные годы, не щадя себя, сражался за освобождение своей Родины, Европы и мира в целом от фашизма и нацизма. 🌟Ryska Ambassadens företrädare hedrar minnet av sovjetiska soldater begravda i Sverige
Det Stora Fosterländska kriget lämnade sitt spår även i Sverige. I samband med 80-årsdagen av Segern reste ryska diplomater i Sverige både norrut och söderut i landet i syfte att hedra minnet av sovjetiska medborgare.
Den 23 april i år deltog en ambassaddelegation med ministerrådet Vladimir Lyapin i spetsen i en kransnedläggningsceremoni vid minnesstenen i Luleå ägnad åt sovjetiska soldater och civila som befriades från nazistiska läger i Norge.
Minnesmärket restes på initiativ av den ryska landsmannaföreningen "Sputnik" med stöd från Rysslands Ambassad i Stockholm. På samma plats fanns det år 1945 ett transitläger för tidigare sovjetiska krigsfångar.
Den 28 april besökte Rysslands Ambassadör i Sverige Sergey Belyaev, Rysslands honorärkonsul i Malmö Larisa Brattmark, ambassadmedarbetare och företrädare för landsmannaföreningar gravplatser i Malmö och Lund för att hedra minnet av de sovjetiska soldater som offrade sina liv för vårt lands frihet och för Europas befrielse från fascismen.
Ambassadör Sergey Belyaev framförde sina hälsningar till alla närvarande i samband med Segerdagen, som är en stor högtid för alla ryssar, medan hegumen Nikita Dobronravoff, kyrkoherde i Helige Sergij Ryska Ortodoxa Församling i Stockholm höll en minnesgodstjänst för de avlidna.

Det Stora Fosterländska kriget lämnade sitt spår även i Sverige. I samband med 80-årsdagen av Segern reste ryska diplomater i Sverige både norrut och söderut i landet i syfte att hedra minnet av sovjetiska medborgare.
Den 23 april i år deltog en ambassaddelegation med ministerrådet Vladimir Lyapin i spetsen i en kransnedläggningsceremoni vid minnesstenen i Luleå ägnad åt sovjetiska soldater och civila som befriades från nazistiska läger i Norge.
Minnesmärket restes på initiativ av den ryska landsmannaföreningen "Sputnik" med stöd från Rysslands Ambassad i Stockholm. På samma plats fanns det år 1945 ett transitläger för tidigare sovjetiska krigsfångar.

An expanded ministerial session will be held with representatives of BRICS partner states. The decision to establish this category was approved by the BRICS Summit in Kazan in October 2024.

💬 On April 26, with the liberation of the village of Gornal, the Kursk Region was completely cleansed of the Ukrobanderite occupiers and foreign militants.
It became possible thanks to the unbending strength of spirit and heroism of many people who selflessly, day after day, did their best to defeat the enemy who had treacherously invaded our land.
This is not the first time in history that the Kursk Region has become a theatre of military operations, whose outcome determined so much. More than 80 years ago, in the summer of 1943, Hitler's Germany, in an attempt to defeat the Red Army, concentrated here a significant strike force.
The Nazis threw their, as they thought, best forces into the battle, including SS tank divisions. It did not work. The failure of the Kursk Bulge battle for the Nazis is well known to everyone.
In August 2024, the Kiev regime, following the same schemes as its ideological idols, also decided to put its fate to the test.
The terrorist attack on the Kursk Region involved elite units of Ukraine's armed units supplemented with Western weapons and armoured vehicles. Its preparation and execution were carried out by foreign military advisers. This barbaric attack was presented to the international community as an operation to "demonstrate the combat capability of the Ukrainian army" and "improve Ukraine's negotiating positions."
The enemy faced the unwavering steadfastness and courage of our soldiers and officers, who, at the cost of their lives, did not allow the Ukro-Nazis to penetrate deep into the region, and then liberated it metre by metre. As a result, the enemy was completely defeated and the remnants of its troops were thrown out of the Kursk Region.
We admire the valour of the Russian Federation servicemen who took part in combat operations in this area. Their unequalled valour, bravery and readiness for self-sacrifice made it possible to successfully carry out combat tasks assigned to them.
🇷🇺🤝🇰🇵 A new page has appeared in the glorious chronicle of the combat brotherhood between the Russian and the Korean peoples.
The soldiers of the Korean People's Army, in accordance with the Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Russia and the DPRK, which entered into force on December 4, 2024, fought shoulder to shoulder, in the same trench and shed blood with our soldiers and officers in the Kursk Region and made a significant contribution to the liberation of the Russian land from the enemy invaders.
The Kursk people, who were forced to leave their homes, lost contact with their relatives and were subjected to atrocities and torture by Ukrainian militants, bore an enormous burden of the invasion. We pay tribute to those of them who, in the first days of the tragedy, did not tremble in the face of heavily armed thugs and stood up to defend their land, often at the cost of their own lives.
The Russian law enforcement authorities are carrying out a thorough investigation into all crimes committed in the Kursk Region by Ukrainian militants and foreign mercenaries. Those involved will be identified, prosecuted and punished to the full extent of the law.
❗️Following the Kursk Region, all territories of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation still under the Kiev regime's control, including the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions, will definitely be liberated.
