“I think that little era of the early 2020s was Klaus Schwab’s finest hour—the thing his entire life had been building towards. But I think it was cut short by Putin’s invasion of Ukraine. Suddenly, being a globalist WEF graduate didn’t seem to mean so much once Putin did something for his own country. Suddenly, the rules-based international order seemed like a farce. Suddenly, the abundant energy that Europe had enjoyed for decades and which would fuel the Great Reset became scarce. It wasn’t that the plebs rose up and rejected the dystopia promised for them (really for other people, and they would just have to go along with it) but that, at the elite level, things went awry. This was then compounded by Trump’s return as POTUS, which happened (I believe) because of Israel’s invasion of Gaza, which in turn happened because of a calculation that US public support for Zionism would dwindle in a generation. I suspect that all three of these events - Ukraine, Gaza, Trump 2.0 - were undesired and unforeseen by Schwab, his EU colleagues, and those who control them. Also undesired by them was Trump’s belief that their utopian schemes were actually not post-economics or post-scarcity, but funded (if at all) by the US taxpayer who shouldn’t be funding things abroad, and also his belief that the US economy was, far from infinite or invincible, on the verge of collapse and needed drastic restructuring. Thus, another funding tap for the European dreamers (USAID) was switched off.

But still, the machine powers on. The EU, having been (meaninglessly) upstaged by the WEF and the WHO for a brief period, has taken centre-stage again, and the airhead managerialists who work there instead of at one of the other citadels of globalism are declaring the very same things five years on: digital ID, central bank digital currency, censorship, surveillance, and AI commissars distributing the resources. Klaus Schwab might have resigned, and he might have never had any power in the first place, and he might be old and even on the verge of death, but nevertheless his vision (“his” vision) lives on. Whether it will be called “the Great Reset” is immaterial; that was only ever a marketing buzzword that didn’t market very well (like the various others chosen at that time) and so would have been replaced anyway. But the vision itself remains consistent: a sort of neo-feudalism in which global bodies in conjunction with investment funds decide how private corporations will serve the base needs of the populace while extracting maximal profit from them during their puny biological terms.”

We should all be proud that men like this are still in our armed forces, I certainly am. The government don't like it though. They want to weaken our defence forces and fill them with people unable to do the job. They accuse this man of being a potential threat to national security but as always the exact opposite is true.

Update from a friend - Just heard Graham Moore reveal that on the 19 May Starmer will be attending the EU parliament to sign the EU Defence Union Treaty. This will mean that all aspects of our defence will be under absolute control from Brussels. The Army, Navy, Air Force, our Nuclear Deterrent, and all Intelligence Agencies (MI5, MI6 and GCHQ) will be handed to Brussels.

Just as Brown sneaked off to sign the Lisbon Treaty in 2009 that further strengthened the grip of the EU over nation states or ten years later in 2019 May nipping off to Marrakesh to sign the UN Compact on Migration which neutered nations efforts in preventing or addressing the mass invasion of illegal migrants flooding into signatories countries, all without any discussion in parliament or any mention in the media, so it is with Starmer's upcoming signing over of our ability to defend ourselves.

The signing of the EU Defence Union Treaty is the last link of the chain necessary to commit all of Europe and now ourselves into conflict against Russia at the behest and control of Brussels.

As members of our Armed Forces are leaving in droves, the result will be forced conscription of our sons and now daughters to make up the numbers. With our Armed Forces committed to this major conflict and deployed out of the country it doesn't take the brains of an Arch Bishop to work out the tyranny they mean to subject us to here in order to clamp down and impose their will.

Does this include the imposition of Martial Law and the creation of a 'militia' to assist the police made up by recruiting the recent arrivals as Graham Moore suggests, who knows. The MO of the political parasites that are dictating events being what it is, leaves real cause for alarm in my opinion.

Please look into this and spread widely, fore warned after all is fore armed - metaphorically speaking. SStewart Johnston- My comment - SO WE'D BETTER GET PRAYING TO OFFSET THIS FURTHER EVIL.

REINER FUELLMICH PRISON SENTENCE

Reiner Fuellmich sentenced to 3 years and 9 months minus 1 year and 1 month of the time spent in prison on remand:

Now facing 2 years and 8 months in prison.

Fuellmich spent 1 year and 6 months on remand, but the court ignored 5 months, because they accused the defence of deliberately and needlessly prolonging the case.

In addition, Fuellmich is to pay back the €700.000 loan plus court fees.

Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, a German lawyer known for his work on the Corona Investigative Committee, was convicted and sentenced to 3 years and 9 months in prison in Germany on charges related to embezzlement of funds from the committee he helped found.

The case centers on accusations that Fuellmich embezzled €700,000 by taking out personal loans from the committee's donations, which he and his supporters argue were documented and intended to safeguard funds from potential government seizure, with plans to repay after selling his house.

Much of the trial has been controversial, with claims from Fuellmich’s defenders that the prosecution was politically motivated and that the legal process has involved irregularities and harsh prison conditions, including prolonged pre-trial detention and solitary confinement.

The court ultimately dismissed most charges but upheld the embezzlement charges related to the loans, arguing that Fuellmich should have kept the money available for the committee at all times, even though similar loans by others were not prosecuted in the same way.

His supporters consider him a political prisoner, alleging that the case was constructed to prevent his continued activism and legal challenges to official COVID-19 narratives.

In my experience, it’s rather the profusion of under-performing people—academics and administrators alike (as well as a sizeable contingent of students)—that amounts to the above-related ‘“mountain of small things”’ that is killing academia’.

The overarching point being—it’s not ‘merely’ killing academia; this problem applies to essentially all walks of life, from politics to journalism, from private-sector businesses to NGOs, including any kind of other human organisation, such as your church, your sports club, and your retirement community.

None of this is ‘new’, none of this is worthy of writing a few pages in an academic journal, such as Brain (sic).

Tellingly, the oldest reference in Mr. Husain’s piece is Noam Chomsky’s 1967 essay on ‘The Responsibility of Intellectuals’ […]

Any kind of criticism offered by academics about ‘the university’ is bound to have two major, rather implicit biases: on the one hand, those who voice such a critique consider themselves not part of the problem (whatever it may be) while the arguments mustered are typically excessively shallow, on the other hand (see below for a case in point).

Decrying the excess of this (publish or perish) and that (obtain grant funding) in academia is part of the behavioural sine qua non these days, as is the contempt most academics bear towards administration.”
