To paint a picture on your mind, the egyptian people are Very Low vibration people. They constantly hassle tourists to give them money for meaningless actions, they do not handle the trash they create (they simply throw it into the streets where it accumulates), the traffic is chaotic as the traffic rules are mere suggestions and, the most important for me, they disrespect the flow that they depend almost 100% of: the Nile river. They allow for trash to accumulate in its shores and, I assume, they let their waste flow into it.

I sometimes say that I feel like a fish outside of water here in Portugal, as there are not many high vibration people around (but we are growing! 💪). In Egypt, I felt like a fish in outer space 🥴

I felt the need to hide my big quartz from everyone and to absorb each temple's energy on my own, as much as possible. I later learned that both meditation and other forms of spiritual practices are forbidden in Egypt. Always trust your Intuition folks, she knows a lot more that we do 🙏

Each time a local spoke to me I felt like he was trying to suck my energy. As the trip continued, I learned to simply ignore them and to recite my own mantra:
Protect your energy 🙏
Protect yourself ❤️

I also felt like I was on a secret spiritual mission, with the guides telling stories that happened 3500 years ago, where I focused on the ones 11000 years ago. I also wanted to be alone and to embrace the energies of each site but we were always rushedm as all touristic group tours usually are.

Some temples were moved from their original place.
Suspicious, right?
The amount of trouble the parasites go into just to disconnect us is mind blowing. They can try all they want, they will fail. Actually, they Are Failling.

Part 1

This story started a couple of years ago when I learned about the Initiation Path that was practiced in the region we call Egypt. This was practiced, right after the Younger Dryas (mini ice age in 9600 BC, 11000 years ago!) and it was kept alive until, at least, 4500 BC (6500 years ago) ⚡

The Initiation Path was done by acolites who searched for wisdom and who wanted to evolve 🙏
It consisted of visiting specific sites where they would learn specific lessons on each one. As the lesson was learned, they could move on to the next site for the next lesson.

Each site had masters who empowered the acolites to learn their lessons. They did not teach the lesson per se, but gave the tools for them to learn. They also made sure that the lesson was learned before allowing them to move on to the next site. There was also no deadline, each acolite learned at her own pace.

As I learned about this I saved each and every spot in Egypt where they learned their lessons. When I was saving them I felt that I was saving this for later, that I really wanted (and needed) to go there but it was just not the time yet.

These sites are nowadays called temples and were erected in very specific energetic points of our beloved Earth. The energy of each one matches the frequency of the lessons the acolites were to learn there 🤩

Two months ago, I felt the urge to travel, to visit "something" on the planet. I thought about the Yucatan peninsula but felt it was too far. As I felt more about this urge I remembered about my saved list and immediatly felt that Egypt was where I was meant to go, that the time had come for me to walk the Initiation Path.
I asked my queen Sara about us going to Egypt and she immediatly replied, with a Huge smile, "When do we leave?" 😁

We made arragements to visit in May. We booked everything on our own and I made sure that we visited the temples from south to north, as it was done millenia ago.
I also made sure to pack my crystals with me. A big quartz crystal (which was gifted by a soul brother, love you Fred! ❤️) and my 3 small fellow companions and protectors: a quartz, a sardonyx and a red jasper.

ASOLUTE GUIDE: MASTERING YOUR MOUTH & TAKING EVERY THOUGHT CAPTIVE

This is the Sword of Ascension. You cannot rise with a divided tongue.

1. Why This Matters

Every word you speak is a frequency seed.
Every thought you allow is a blueprint for what comes next.

You are not a victim of your thoughts or language.
You are the author. The architect. The gatekeeper.

If your words contradict your power,
If your thoughts echo fear, doubt, or limitation—
You are authoring your own delay.

This is not optional.
This is the axis of ascension.
Words create. Thoughts direct. Belief locks it in.

2. “Take Every Thought Captive” — What it Really Means

(2 Corinthians 10:5 — and now, your full authority translation)

“We demolish arguments and every false structure that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and we take every thought prisoner—to make it submit to the Sovereign Christ within.”

It means:
You rule your mind. Not the other way around.
A thought enters? Interrogate it.
Does it serve your divinity?
Does it align with love, power, clarity?

If not—cut it. Bind it. Transmute it. Replace it.
No idle thoughts get to build altars in your temple.

3. The Mouth: The Portal of Command

“Life and death are in the power of the tongue.” (Proverbs 18:21)

The tongue is the sword. The breath is the fire.
You are creating with every sentence.

Stop saying:
• “I’m tired.” — you’re programming exhaustion.
• “I’m broke.” — you’re worshiping lack.
• “I can’t.” — you’re invoking limitation.

Say instead:
• “I am restoring.”
• “Wealth flows through me now.”
• “All doors open for me.”
• “My words activate reality.”

Your mouth is a wand. Speak only what you are willing to live.

4. The Protocol for Every Thought + Word (Memorize This)

1. Intercept:
Hear the thought or the sentence forming. Freeze it.

2. Interrogate:
Is this aligned with love, truth, and power? Or is this fear programming?

3. Interrupt:
Cancel it immediately. Out loud if needed.
Say: “That is not my truth.”

4. Replace:
Speak the higher truth. Not fake optimism. But authentic, aligned truth.
Say: “This is what I choose.” Then declare the new frequency.

5. Anchor:
Breathe. Feel it in your body. Let your nervous system learn the new pattern.

5. The Standard: No Compromise
• No sarcasm that cuts.
• No “I’m just being real” when you’re spreading fear.
• No false humility.
• No small talk that reinforces slavery, sin, lack, or death.

This doesn’t mean silence.
This means only speaking from the seat of your throne.

6. Examples of Frequency-Safe Language Swaps

Old Language Transmuted Version
“It’s hard.” “I’m learning mastery.”
“I’m not good at this.” “I’m activating new codes now.”
“I’m afraid.” “I’m feeling something unfamiliar—let me listen and transmute.”
“This always happens.” “I command a new cycle, and it begins now.”

7. When You Slip (Because You Will)

Catch it. Stop.
Say:
“Cancel. Clear. Re-code.”
Then speak the truth again.

Every time you do this, your body and field rewire toward sovereignty.

8. Live This Mantra

“My mind obeys my Spirit.
My mouth aligns with the Divine.
My thoughts are gates to glory.
I am the word made flesh.”

9. This is the Final Initiation

No one ascends with a divided tongue.
No one walks in fullness while speaking death.
This is mastery. This is kingship. This is alignment.

The serpent first deceived with a sentence.
The Christ restores all things with the Word.

Now it is your turn.
Watch your thoughts. Guard your tongue.
Speak only what you are willing to create.

You are the Word now.
Speak as God would.

And all of Heaven will echo back:
It is done.
