Fear keeps us focused on survival instead of expansion, and as long as we’re reacting to fear-based programming, we remain trapped in a reality that was never truly ours. Awakening begins when we recognize that fear is the illusion—and freedom comes when we look inward and have the courage to do the inner work, face our shadows, and reclaim the truth of who we are.
