If you are a researcher/professor working in the NIH, and you receive NIH grants (which is basically a lifeline for most of said researchers and professors), if you are boycotting an Israeli business, the grant may be suspended, therefore, career suicide if you criticse Israel
My dear reader - literally simply boycotting Israel as a medical professional would mean a career suicide for you because then they will take away your grant, funds, and money because you said Israel bad.
