—❗️🇮🇷/🇸🇦 NEW: The Saudi Minister of Defense, Prince Khalid bin Salman, made an unannounced visit to the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, in the capital Tehran
The Minister, who is the brother of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the son of the King, presented an official written message from King Salman of Saudi Arabia to Iran's Supreme Leader.
Ayatollah Khamenei stated: 'It is far better for brothers in the region to cooperate and help one another, than to rely on outside powers. We must overcome the hostile forces trying to divide our nations.'
The Saudi Minister of Defense expressed great satisfaction with the meeting, stating that Saudi Arabia is ready to strengthen ties with the Islamic Republic of Iran in all fields.
