We have some great news to share in the case of our friend and comrade Brandon Russell-
It has been revealed that, prior to the trial, the primary rat, whose testimony was seemingly essential in Brandon's phony conviction, was surreptitiously paid upwards of $10,000 for his lies, in addition to the $100k+ that he was already paid. This extra payment was not publicly disclosed, and no reason has been given for it. Brandon's attorneys were not told about this payment.
Brandon's attorneys have already filed a motion for a re-trial, and even if this is not granted, this suspicious payment is excellent grounds for an appeal.

#Represión: El preso político Benjamin Raymond fue trasladado de la prisión Frankland a la prisión Swaleside (Reino Unido). Un desplazamiento agotador de 3 días con pernoctaciones en otras instalaciones penitenciarias. Raymond estaba siendo sometido a dispersión desde su arresto, por lo que es una buena noticia.
Raymond fue detenido en abril de 2021 y juzgado por los mismos cargos por los que fue juzgado en 2017, año en el cual se ilegalizó la agrupación donde militaba 'Acción Nacional' y, de los cuales salió inocente. Por mantener el contacto con sus antiguos camaradas, la justicia interpretó que la formación ilegalizada se mantenía activa.
"Si bien podría haber sido trasladado a una prisión aún más cercana a su familia, Swaleside es, comparativamente hablando, la más cerca que han estado desde su injusto encarcelamiento. Friends! This will be a very short but nevertheless important update.
We would like to thank each and every individual who had donated to the campaign since we announced the urgent need to raise £500 to pay for Ben's court transcripts that his legal team needs to help make the case for his appeal.
You have come through and together donated £688 total. Your help and kind words serve to prove once again to everyone what it means to be a true Friend who is ready to stand by others in their time of need. There are surely more obstacles ahead for Ben and his family, but with Friends like you they can at least be confident, that they have not been forgotten.
As we said already, the campaign must continue! To help make Ben's family whole and get them back the money that is theirs; to help Alexandra return the money she borrowed; and to build up a "war chest" for any other legal fees that may unexpectedly pop up.
The urgency for donations has passed, but we hope that people will continue to give what they can in the spirit of Friendship.
Stay safe, Friends. And once again: thank you all!
