- US legal recognition of its control over Crimea

- A pledge that Ukraine will not join NATO, however EU membership is still possible.
- Removal of post-2014 sanctions on Russia.
- Increased U.S.-Russia economic cooperation, especially in energy and industry.
Ukraine would receive:
- Vague security guarantees via a coalition of European and other countries, with no clear mention of U.S. involvement.
- The return of a small area in Kharkiv region, likely referring to Volchans'k.
- Free navigation on the Dnieper River.
- Reconstruction aid, though funding sources are unclear.
Extra:
- The Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant, ZNPP, which is currently under Russian forces control, would be under Ukrainian sovereignty but operated by the US, supplying power to both sides.
- A US-Ukraine minerals agreement to be signed on Thursday.
