🚀 В честь приближающегося Дня космонавтики вместе с РЦНК почтили память Юрия Гагарина, возложив цветы к его памятнику в Научном центре им. Дж.Неру (г. Мумбаи).
🪐Легендарный полёт Юрия Гагарина — символ человеческой отваги и стремления к познанию неизведанного.
🇷🇺🇮🇳Это событие напоминает нам о давней дружбе между Россией и Индией. В 1984 году Ракеш Шарма стал первым индийцем, полетевшим в космос. Сделал он это на борту российского космического корабля. Страница истории, которой мы искренне гордимся.

🤔 Может ли российский гражданин, имеющий гражданство также другого государства, въехать в Россию по иностранному паспорту?
☝🏻По закону гражданин Российской Федерации, имеющий двойное гражданство или множественное гражданство, рассматривается Российской Федерацией только как гражданин Российской Федерации вне зависимости от места его проживания за исключением случаев, предусмотренных федеральным законом или международным договором Российской Федерации.
При этом российские граждане въезжают в Россию исключительно по документам, удостоверяющим личность гражданина Российской Федерации, а значит, использование иностранных проездных документов для них не допускается.
❓С каким документом российский гражданин может въехать на территорию России?
🔸 заграничный паспорт
🔸 внутрироссийский паспорт (если гражданин въезжает с территории государств, въезд в которые разрешен по такому паспорту)

🚀 Today, together with the Russian House in Mumbai, we laid flowers at the monument to Yuri Gagarin (Nehru Science Center) to mark the upcoming Cosmonautics Day and honor his memory.
🪐Yuri Gagarin’s legendary flight remains a powerful symbol of human courage and the drive to explore the unknown.
🇷🇺🇮🇳This moment also reminds us of the long friendship between Russia and India. Back in 1984, Rakesh Sharma became the first Indian to fly to space — and he did it aboard a Russian spacecraft. It’s a story we’re proud to share.
🙏We’re truly grateful to the Nehru Science Center for carefully preserving the memory of Mr. Gagarin. Thanks to them, his legacy continues to live on and inspire.

✈️ 3-5 апреля с.г. сотрудники Генерального консульства России в Мумбаи провели выездное консульское обслуживание граждан в штате Гоа, в ходе которой оказали гражданам необходимые консульские услуги, осуществили консультации по различным вопросам, в том числе по тематике российского гражданства и нотариата.

Everyone who has been to St. Petersburg knows the architectural masterpieces of Carlo Rossi!
He was dubbed “the first in taste and talent” and this was no exaggeration. He thought globally: when taking on a new project, he didn’t just create a building, but also designed an entire block around it.
General Staff
He united the Corps of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the General Staff with a majestic triumphal arch in honor of the victory in the Patriotic War of 1812, thereby completing the ensemble of the palace square.
Mikhailovsky Palace
Emperor Alexander I commissioned the construction of a palace for his younger brother, Grand Duke Mikhail Pavlovich. Between the Moika River and Nevsky Prospekt, a magnificent mansion with a square, as well as two new streets – Inzhenernaya and Mikhailovskaya – and a garden overlooking the Field of Mars arose. The monarch personally accepted the work from Rossi and presented him a diamond ring and awarded him an order for his efforts. Later, the palace was transferred to the Russian Museum.
Alexandrinsky Theater
The architect decorated the building in the Russian Empire style with a deep loggia and a sculptural frieze with antique masks and statues of muses. He also chose an ultramodern solution for the time: the auditorium consisted of a parterre, an amphitheater and boxes arranged in five tiers. Rossi also designed the ornaments that decorate the royal box and the boxes near the stage. In addition, Rossi even thought out a system of corridors and staircases, thanks to which 1,700 spectators could move around inside without crowding.

💭 Обсуждались актуальные вопросы и перспективы двустороннего сотрудничества в консульской сфере. Особое внимание уделили дальнейшей либерализации визового режима, вопросам защиты прав и законных интересов российских и индийских граждан, а также улучшению условий работы загранучреждений двух стран.
🤝🏻 Переговоры прошли в деловой и конструктивной обстановке. Стороны подтвердили готовность к дальнейшему укреплению взаимодействия на консульском направлении.

В столице Индии - Дели - состоялся зрелищный мотопробег в ознаменование грядущей 80-й годовщины Дня Великой Победы. Корреспондент "РГ" насчитал не менее 120 мотоциклистов, принявших участие в привлекшей большой интерес жителей индийского мегаполиса акции.
Участниками мероприятия стали граждане России, Беларуси и Индии, украсившие своих "железных коней" флагами трех стран и знаменами Победы. Специально для участия в заезде в Дели прилетели несколько российских байкеров.

❗️ Обращаем внимание, что с 4 апреля 2025 г. вступил в силу Закон об иммиграции и иностранцах (Immigration and Foreigners Bill), который ужесточает наказание за нарушения сроков пребывания в Индии.
Так, нарушение сроков пребывания в Индии, а также пребывание без действительных документов отныне карается тюремным заключением до трех лет и/или штрафом до 300 тыс. рупий.
Строже стали санкции за въезд в Индию без действительных загранпаспорта и визы (до пяти лет тюремного заключения и/или штраф до 500 тыс. рупий), подделку загранпаспортов и виз (от двух до семи лет заключения и/или штраф от 100 тыс. до 1 млн рупий).
Введен запрет на использование имени, отличного от указанного в загранпаспортах.

🎙 Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s answer to a media question, Moscow, April 1, 2025 (Moscow, April 1, 2025)
❓ I have a question about strikes on energy infrastructure. We keep hearing mixed messages coming from Kiev. One day they are ready to sit down and talk, and next thing you know they keep attacking our facilities. Could you provide an update on where things stand with regard to the moratorium? Is it being observed, if so, to what extent, and is it still in force for us and the other party?
💬 Sergey Lavrov: At the very beginning of today’s meeting of the Security Council of the Russian Federation and before taking up the main issue of combatting terrorist threats, President Vladimir Putin asked Defence Minister Andrey Belousov and me to provide an update on the status of our relations with the United States on the Ukrainian dossier.
Andrey Belousov spoke precisely about the moratorium that was agreed upon at the suggestion of President Trump on March 18 during the telephone call between the President of Russia and the President of the United States.
❗️ The moratorium is not being observed. All this time, the energy facilities of the Russian Federation have been coming under attacks with occasional short breaks of one to two days between them.
Defence Minister Belousov listed the facilities targeted by Ukrainian drones over the period under review, including last night.
My update went along the same lines. The Russian army is observing the moratorium that President Putin ordered to strictly comply with on March 18 during a telephone conversation with President Trump.
Remember, President Putin said seven drones were on their way to attack targets in Ukraine as they were having this telephone conversation. The drones were destroyed by our air defence forces and a jet fighter on duty that was up in the air at the time. Since then, we have been 100 percent compliant with that agreement with President Trump.
We passed the list of violations cited by Defence Minister Andrey Belousov at the Security Council meeting to US National Security Adviser Michael Waltz. I forwarded this list to Secretary of State Marco Rubio and our representatives at the UN and the OSCE for them to use these concrete facts in their work and let everyone know the real worth of the words uttered by the current Ukrainian authorities, if “this” can even be called authorities.
In addition to this topic, President Putin asked me to provide an update on other areas of work with the Americans, including matters that were discussed on March 24 in Riyadh, when experts from Russia and the United States met to discuss the revivification, resumption, and resuscitation of the grain Black Sea Initiative. During the talks in Riyadh, we highly appreciated - President Putin supported this assessment - the United States’ willingness to help eliminate obstacles created by illegal unilateral sanctions imposed on Russian grain and fertiliser exports. They created tensions on global markets and difficulties for the developing countries, which faced limited access to food and fertiliser.
We supported the US willingness to act in that regard which was laid out on paper after the March 24 meeting, and added specific proposals on how this could be done in practice.

The third topic of our interaction with the Americans is about eliminating “irritants” that seriously impede the work of our Embassy in Washington D.C. and the US Embassy in Moscow. Clearly, we did not initiate these obstacles. The Obama Administration did quite a lot in that regard. We only responded under the diplomatic law of reciprocity, which no one has torn up yet.
There was a meeting in Istanbul. Preparations are underway to hold a second one. There are contacts by phone and videoconference calls. I’d rather not make any predictions, but we can see signs of progress and our US partners’ willingness to lift these obstacles to normal work of diplomats in our respective capitals that are absolutely unacceptable from the point of view of diplomatic practice.
