Very true. And the pattern is incredible. Beriberi (Thiamin defficiency) and Thyroid issues are both silent pandemics of immense magnitude. Estimations of 70-90% of the worlds population suffer from both. Thiamin(B1) interestingly seems to regulate the same issues as Thyroxin (T3), and has been used to fix metabolic and thyroid issues including HASHIMOTOs. 😍👌🏼

What do y'all think about dosing your hens water or feeding them specific things to imbue the eggs with bioavailable compounds?
Interesting practical alchemy on the homestead.
Started putting pinches of Epsom salt, cayenne, vit c, Borax, good pink salt and niacin in their water and yolks are darker, the whites more substantial and they're more sulfurous when cooked. Am a fan.

Mega dosing after one week has revealed the root of virtually all the chronic issues been facing since a kid -
Mitochondrial function been paralyzed, causing a cascade of conditions.... severe vagus nerve damage, which is what connects all the organs from the colon to the brain.
One week of research and trying therapeutic dosage has been enough to hypothesize this is likely the culprit permitting virtually all chronic physical and neurological conditions to persist
in a feedback cycle with parasitic infections...

I'm in love with this stuff after 3 days.
Have been detoxing for about 2 years, but I wish I'd known about chronic "hypoxia" sooner- this is where your tissues are starved for vril over prolonged period, maybe since infancy.
The result of this are parasites , inflammation, chronic fatigue, brain fog, insomnia
Aka wrecked metabolism / "no rizz"
I pushed it to a gram Benfotiamine by second day, alongside high dose taurine.
With the taurine, got no paradoxical symptoms (tiredness, lethargy, brain fog) just that thiamine "glow" and nice increase in willpower.
Third day, out of taurine, and feeling the thiamine paradox symptoms--
So taurine and thiamine feel like a great match.

If someone can clue me in on if this is original Irish, or the more recent Gaelic, I would appreciate it.
I think it is Olde Irish, but not sure. Gaelic I think is much more consonant heavy and non-phonetic than this.
Just sounding out the script of the words, they resonate deep in the guts. Feels like you're talking to trees in Gondor lol
