Dark & Fascinating Art (Vin's Favourite Artwork Archive)

A collection of some of the dark, imaginative & classical artwork I love and wish to archive.
You're welcome to join me.
Art like all great things must enthral the mind, often from emotive places of sadness, resulting in magnificence.

6th form students could probably recreate most pieces of modern art with ease. However, ask them to recreate 'The wild Hunt of Odin' by Peter Nicolai Arbo then they'd most likely not only look at you as if you was mad, but they'd quickly realize that some are better at what they do than others. This is how you obtain high cultural standards as opposed to allowing emotionally based thinking to dominate our future generations.

I have always been a lamp person. I can not stand sitting in bright lights as if I were in some kind of sports stadium or hospital wing. Comfort is a homely feeling that offers one a sense of permanence as opposed to feeling as though you're just passing through.
