We know that one of the key requirements of the 2024 International Health Regulations (IHRs) is Censorship, and for member nations to comply, they must legislate.
The IHRs are a big deal.
This week we saw the Criminal Code Amendment (Hate Crimes) Bill 2024 get pushed through both Houses of Parliament in a matter of days. The Senators in the pic above are the ONLY Senators who tried to stop it.
George Christensen writes;
Senator Gerard Rennick condemned the bill as “a direct attack on free speech,” warning that it “threatens freedom of speech by allowing the government to censor or punish individuals for expressing opinions that might be deemed offensive.” He pointed out that such laws are always applied selectively, noting, “Instead of combating hate, these laws can be weaponised to silence dissent and suppress unpopular viewpoints….”
