Ukrainian sources are claiming the a jet UAV just struck Nikolaev.
I’ve heard a number of Drone strikes that do not sound like the normal Geran prop motor, so this news is really not surprising.

There are at least 15 missiles over Ukraine. More may fly in, but for now this doesn’t seem like a huge missile strike.
It’s becoming more and more obvious that Russia has begun employing ballistic missiles (specifically Iskander-Ms) more than cruise missiles such as Kalibrs or Kh-101s.

This is comical to watch play out and still there is a part of me that thinks, Russia is going to end up buying this bullshit and we’ll skate out braking even.
If the U.S. wants to stop losing across the board, we really need a tough loss. In my opinion Ukraine is the perfect place for that to happen. Close enough that it impacts the empire but far enough that no real damage should come of it. Russia is one of the better “enemies” to lose to as well, rational and honest are good traits for your adversaries to possess. The wake up call is what is needed but I fear the greed, ego and complacency will be our reckoning.
Even now as I type this Rubio is talking about strengthening NATO, Easily destroying Irans nuclear facilities and becoming so strong in the pacific that a war with China never happens through deterrence. Does that sound like anything new?

I want to know what IP the Brit’s put into the ZNPP.
They’ve sent hundreds of high tier operators across the reservoir and most are now at the bottom of it for a very important reason.
They mention is every negotiation for a very important reason.
And there is very good reason why the Russians have made it clear previously that the nuclear facility will remain under their control.
I wonder what’s in there that they want back so badly?

Axios, citing sources with "direct knowledge of the proposal", reports that the U.S. peace plan regarding the war in Ukraine is as follows:
Russia will get De Jure U.S. recognition of Russian control over Crimea and de facto recognition of Russian control over the captured territories in Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson Oblasts.
Ukraine will not join NATO; however, they could become a part of the European Union.
All post-2014 sanctions on Russia will be lifted.
The U.S. will enhance economic cooperation with Russia, particularly in the energy and industrial sectors.
Ukraine will obtain a "robust security guarantee" with European countries and "like-minded" non-European countries. U.S. participation is not mentioned.
Russia will return the small parts of Kharkiv Oblast that they hold in the Vovchansk, Lyptsi, Kupyansk and Borova directions.
Ukraine will gain unimpeded passage through the Dnipro River.
Ukraine will receive compensation and assistance for rebuilding. It is unknown what the source of this funding would be.
The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant will be considered as Ukrainian territory, but operated by the U.S. It will supply electricity to both Ukraine and Russia.
The document also references the U.S.-Ukraine minerals deal.
Additionally, JD Vance stated that the U.S. will withdraw from their mediation role if they do not receive a positive response. "We have presented a clear and fair proposal to both the Russians and Ukrainians," he added.

The fact that they’re not going to investigate to try and appease Russia suggests the most sinister position possible. If they never started the investigation you could say that they never believed it or that they simply didn’t want to be involved. After they started investigating however they should just commit to it. The image being presented now is that the U.S. never cared about the war crimes and was just using this as a means to pressure Russia. When investigating Russian war crimes no longer suits their interests they just forget it.
Such a bad look.
