🔄 Circular Rotations: Keep your arms straight and rotate them in the shoulder joints simultaneously.
↔️ Flexion and Adduction: Ensure your elbow doesn’t press on the back of your head.
⬆️⬇️ Elevation and Depression: Keep your arms straight at the elbows while you move.
Shoulder Flexion with Scapula Retraction/Protraction: Bring your elbows to the sides and back.
🏋️♀️ Shoulder Extension: Remember, don’t arch your lower back!
