I was observing the radar with today’s storms (4/5/25) and look what I noticed over Lubbock Texas. Apparently HAARP is alive and well. When is this weather warfare gonna cease?
Notice: after the radar anomaly the storm changes course. And begins to flow in the opposite direction.
