‼️ EXCLUSIVE ‼️ From Laura Loomer
I have uncovered old social media posts with @CaseyMeansMD’s old X social media handle “DrCaseysKitchen” tagged, in which she was celebrated on 2/22/2021 for getting her COVID 19 vaccine LIVE on Clubhouse.
The new Trump nominee for US Surgeon General took the COVID JAB, so how can she be a representative for MAHA?
How can you be MAHA when the original MAHA movement was created by parents of vaccine injured children, and then reignited by people who were anti-COVID vaccine?
It looks like @CaseyMeansMD is pretending to be someone she isn’t.
Why did she change her social media handle? She doesn’t even have an active medical license, yet she’s portraying herself as an MD. That is highly unethical.
How can @RobertKennedyJr endorse a woman to be US Surgeon General who wasn’t smart enough to read the vaccine insert to see that the COVID vaccine was still being studied and was only approved for “emergency use authorization” (EUA).
Casey Means is another MAHA grifter.
Her nomination should be REVOKED.
See screen recorded evidence below 👇🏻

Tariffs Just Got Real: Small PC Parts Seller Shares Staggering $36K Import Bill
Expect to see a LOT more stories like this in the next couple of weeks, as importers get the bill for their imported goods PLUS the additional tariffs. Many small businesses are about to collapse.
From PC Magazine:
Adafruit, a provider of do-it-yourself computer parts, is warning it’ll need to raise prices on some products after receiving its first major import bill on Chinese goods.
The company was charged $36,126 for a recent shipment of components through delivery provider DHL.“Tariffs just got real,” Adafruit said in a post on Bluesky.
“These particular products we couldn’t manufacture ourselves even if we wanted to, since the vendor has well-deserved IP [intellectual property] protections,” Adafruit said in its blog post.
Still, the resulting $36,000 import fee is alarming because Adafruit needs to pay the cost upfront, before any of the components can be sold to consumers, which can disrupt its cash flow.

Whitney Webb Explains What Trump is HIDING From the Epstein Files
Great interview with Whitney Webb by Katie Harper about why the Trump Administration would never want to release all of the Epstein files.
Whitney Webb is, in my opinion, the best source of information on the Jeffrey Epstein Banking Network, of which child sex trafficking was just a part of that network used to blackmail people.
Her two-volume book, One Nation Under Blackmail: The Sordid Union Between Intelligence and Crime that Gave Rise to Jeffrey Epstein.
I have these books in my library, and so should you. My review is here.

China President Xi and Russian President Putin Met in Moscow Today to Strengthen Ties
In my opinion, this is FAR BIGGER news today than anything coming out of the White House.
From Sputnik (emphasis mine - italics and bold):
Under Personal Control: What Putin and Xi Agreed Upon in Moscow
Presidents Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping signed a series of documents and delivered statements to the press following their May 8 talks, outlining the further development of bilateral relations and cooperation on the international stage.
Key Agreements Signed
- Joint statement on deepening comprehensive partnership and strategic cooperation, marking a new era.
-Joint statement on strategic stability.
-Memorandum on cooperation to combat infectious diseases.
-Agreement on promoting and mutually protecting investments.
-Memorandum on cooperation between "Movement of the First" and the All-China Youth Federation.
-Memorandum on collaboration in creating a lunar power station for the International Lunar Station between Roscosmos and China.
-Memorandum of cooperation between RT and China’s Media Corporation.
Main Points From Putin’s Speech
The negotiations took place in a warm, friendly atmosphere, were substantive and productive.
Relations between Russia and China are self-sufficient and independent of global trends.
Both countries will continue efforts to integrate the EEU and the Belt and Road Initiative.
Russia remains one of China's key trading partners.
Significant progress in investment cooperation between the two nations.
The majority of foreign trade transactions between Russia and China are conducted in rubles and yuan.
The trade system between Russia and China is resilient and shielded from third-party influences.
Gazprom continues to meet China's needs, exceeding contractual obligations.
Large Chinese corporations in the automotive, microelectronics, and home appliances sectors are expanding their presence in Russia.
Progress is being made in developing and commercializing the Northern Sea Route.
Putin and Xi will personally oversee all major aspects of the Russia-China partnership, both bilaterally and internationally.
Xi's Main Points
The importance of remaining reliable partners with Moscow and increasing strategic interaction.
The negotiations were thorough and productive, resulting in several important agreements.
China and Russia should work together more actively in the UN, SCO, BRICS, and advocate for multilateralism.
Despite international turbulence, Beijing and Moscow will maintain their commitment to eternal good-neighborliness.
Coordination between China and Russia brings stability and positive energy to an unsettled world.
In my opinion, this is FAR BIGGER news today than anything coming out of the White House.

LA County Foster Care System to Pay $4 BILLION in Damages for Sexual Abuse of Children
Thousands of children are being sexually abused every day in Foster Care, even after Foster Care homes are criminally prosecuted. Watch this video. Funded by Kennedy's HHS.
From NCCPR Child Welfare Blog
Five years ago, like many other states, California passed a law to reopen the statute of limitations so survivors of child sexual abuse could sue those responsible.
As a result, to take one example, the Diocese of Los Angeles has had to pay $1.5 billion to survivors.
What lawmakers didn’t realize was that, horrific as were the predations of priests, they were nothing compared to the horrors inflicted in foster care – especially group homes and institutions.
As a result, to take one example: Los Angeles County is likely to agree soon to pay $4 billion – you read that right, four billion dollars – to survivors of abuse inflicted on them when they were in the custody of the Los Angeles County foster care system.

In 2024 Children's Health Defense said: "It’s Been 10 Years Since a Whistleblower Exposed the CDC’s Cover-up of the Link Between Vaccines and Autism. The Agency Has Done Nothing."
Quote: "Ten years after a whistleblower at the CDC leaked data showing the agency identified a link between the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine and autism in African American boys, the agency has done nothing to address the issue."
Well it is going on 11 years now, and Children's Health Defense Founder RFK Jr. now is Secretary of HHS, and controls the CDC.
So why isn't Kennedy demanding that Congress hold hearings over Dr. William Thompson's testimony that the CDC's own study showed a link between the MMR vaccine and autism, over 20 years ago, and the CDC covered it up!
Why does the CDC now, under Kennedy, need to start new studies looking at causes of autism, when the CDC already has evidence that has been covered up for 2 decades now??
Expecting Kennedy to keep his word and do what is right which would be to bring Dr. William Thompson of the CDC to testify in public over the crimes committed by the CDC which has harmed so many Americans, is like expecting Trump and every President before him keep their word that they are going to release the full JFK assassination files.
It's not going to happen, and yet the Secretary of HHS, himself a Kennedy, should be the ONE PERSON IN THE U.S. that could, and should, reveal this deep state fraud.
Does that not make him the greater LIAR and the greater FRAUD?
Every day all the previous work he did and published on CHD betrays and convicts him of the crimes he is now committing since being put into Washington D.C. politics.
Shame on you Mr. Kennedy!!!

Detroit automakers fuming after Trump’s first trade deal gives preferential treatment to imported U.K. cars over their own
So much for "Make America Great Again!" Trump's first trade deal benefits the Rothschild empire in the UK.
From Fortune:
A lobby group representing General Motors, Ford and Stellantis attacked Trump for prioritizing a deal with the U.K. over the two largest U.S. trading partners on the country’s doorstep.
“Under this deal, it will now be cheaper to import a U.K. vehicle with very little U.S. content than a USMCA compliant vehicle from Mexico or Canada that is half American parts,” they said.
Blunt’s candid criticism of the administration is unusual. Despite historically poor approval ratings for the president this early into a term, companies have been careful not to slight Trump given his reputation for governing based on instinct rather than studied policy analysis.
The president even confessed being inclined to reduce tariffs he had unilaterally imposed without Congressional consent since they were deemed critical to U.S. national security. On Thursday, Trump told reporters he gave them preferential treatment, because he personally was partial to Britain’s ultra-luxury car brands like McLaren, Bentley and Rolls-Royce.
“That’s really handmade stuff. They’ve been doing it for a long time in the same location,” he remarked. “So I said, ‘yeah, that would be good. Let’s help them out with that one’.”

Empty shelves, for-lease signs and job layoffs point to recession by summer
Stop the trade flow, and you stop the economy — as Americans are about to learn
From MarketWatch:
Excerpts:
It takes 30 to 50 days for container ships from Asia to reach the U.S.’s West Coast ports. Barring new, faster shipping options or a stunning retreat by U.S. President Donald Trump on China tariffs, the consumer retail economy, which constitutes 70% of GDP, will be damaged.
Demand for container space from China on the ships transiting the Pacific Ocean currently is running 60% to 65% below what it normally would be at this time.
Attention, U.S. shoppers: If you see something you need or even think you will, head to Walmart or Target or a local retailer and buy it. Already you can see the shelves starting to empty.
Some analysts are concentrating on the higher prices on imports, but the truth is that fewer American businesses will clear products through U.S. customs.
It won’t be price that matters; it will be the lack of product to sell. Stop the trade flow, and you stop the economy.
Damage to the U.S. economy is happening in slow motion. Without products to sell in stores, retail employers (responsible for 10% of all jobs in the U.S.) will shed employees, a cascade of negatives now showing up in both statistics and “for lease” signs.
Small businesses from Alaska to Maine without imported goods to use in the factory or sell at the shop will close. Bankruptcy sales will proliferate. Now consider that job losses have a multiplier effect, further reducing economic output.
Before you become euphoric about the Trump administration relenting on some of its tariffs, consider the damage that has already been done to the U.S. economy.
Challenger, Gray & Christmas reported that U.S. employers cut more than 275,000 jobs in March, with more than 216,000 of those layoffs coming in the federal government, spearheaded by Elon Musk’s so-called Department of Government Efficiency, or “DOGE.”
The numbers Challenger estimates are staggering and so far not reflected in Bureau of Labor Statistics data.
The impact on the U.S. economy will soon be obvious. Economies run on flows from wages, and from federal government grants for thousands of immediate needs.
Without this flow and with the layoffs and cuts to wages, the U.S. economy will continue to slow and could be in a recession by the summer. Let’s not forget the immigration raids that must be spooking farmers and their workers.

Meta wins $168 million in damages from Israeli cyberintel firm in Whatsapp spyware scandal
Did you really think that Whatsapp is a "secure private" messaging service? Anything owned by Meta (Facebook) is NOT secure.
Meta just settled a lawsuit with Israeli spy company Pegasus who used the app to target people.
From Courthousenews:
Meta won nearly $168 million in damages Tuesday from Israeli cyberintelligence company NSO Group, capping more than five years of litigation over a May 2019 attack that downloaded spyware on more than 1,400 WhatsApp users’ phones.
An eight-person jury awarded the Silicon Valley giant $444,719 in compensatory damages, the monetary cost to Meta for fixing the attack, and over $167 million in punitive damages meant to deter any similar actions by NSO in the future.
The damages award also represents a major win for privacy advocates and human rights organizations, who have repeatedly criticized NSO for its licensing of Pegasus, a powerful surveillance software that allows its users to remotely gain control over a device's microphone and camera, listen to phone calls in real-time and download nearly all user data from a target’s phone, among other capabilities.
“Today’s verdict in WhatsApp’s case is an important step forward for privacy and security as the first victory against the development and use of illegal spyware that threatens the safety and privacy of everyone,” Meta said in a statement celebrating the win.
After its loss in court, NSO reaffirmed its commitment to Pegasus as a valuable tool in anti-terror operations around the world.
Meta — owner of WhatsApp, an encrypted communication app owned by Facebook's parent company Meta Platforms, which boasts over 2 billion users worldwide — sued the Israel-based firm in 2019 over violations of the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the California Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act, as well as for breaching WhatsApp’s terms of service.

Are Risks from Bank “Bail-ins” Increasing? “Shadow Banks” are now 49% of Global Assets
Back in 2023 when several U.S. Banks, mostly banks with high exposure to Silicon Valley Big Tech accounts, started to collapse, I published some articles explaining the concept of bank “bail-ins”, which are the opposite of bank “bail-outs” where the U.S. Government bails out “too-big-to-fail” banks that collapse, as we saw in 2008.
Bank bail-ins are the opposite, and allow banks to seize funds in accounts of bank depositors.
There was a threat in 2023 of the total collapse of the U.S. banking system, but it survived, at least temporarily.
Talk is again picking up about the possibility of bank bail-ins here in 2025.
One video that is making the rounds in the alternative media this week is from ITM Trading, where Taylor Kennedy claims that the “shadow banking” system holds over $250 trillion in risky “assets” like derivatives, which she claims are now 49% of global assets.

Two Historic Meetings on May 8, 2025: The 80-Year Anniversary of the End of WW II
Today, May 8, 2025, is the 80-year anniversary of "Victory Day", and the end of World War II. Two "historic" meetings took place today, one in Washington D.C. between UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and U.S. President Donald Trump, and one in Moscow between China President Xi Jinping and Russia President Vladimir Putin.
If you live in an English speaking country you probably heard a lot about the one in the White House today, but not much or nothing about the one earlier in the day that took place in Moscow.
Also happening today, David Blond, who was a senior economist at the Pentagon during the Carter and Reagan administrations, issued a dire warning in an article published in the Financial News today: "Empty shelves, for-lease signs and job layoffs point to recession by summer."

"China is in no hurry to move forward" Regarding Tariff Negotiations
From The Global Times:
China will not sacrifice principle to reach deal with US: MOFCOM
US should not underestimate China's strategic resolve: experts
Excerpts:
If the US says one thing but does another, or even attempts to continue to coerce and blackmail under the guise of tariff talks, China will never agree, nor will it seek to reach any agreement by sacrificing its principle and position as well as international fairness and justice, a spokesperson from China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) said on Thursday.
Chinese Foreign Ministry announced Wednesday that He Lifeng, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, will visit Switzerland from May 9 to 12.
During his visit, He, as China's lead person for China-US economic and trade affairs, will have a meeting with the US lead person Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, the Xinhua News Agency reported.
MOFCOM spokesperson He Yadong said at a press conference on Thursday that China has consistently maintained a firm stance against the US' abuse of tariff measures. He urged the US side to face up to the serious negative impact that its unilateral tariff measures have had, both on itself and the global community.
US President Donald Trump on Wednesday suggested that China initiated upcoming senior-level trade talks between the two countries and said he was not willing to cut US tariffs on Chinese goods to get Beijing to the negotiating table, Reuters reported.
The Chinese embassy said earlier on Thursday that "the US side has recently reached out to China through various channels, actively conveying its desire to engage with China on tariffs and other related issues. After carefully assessing the US messages, China decided to agree to hold discussions, and the talks are being held at the request of the US side."
Also on Thursday, the Chinese Foreign Ministry reiterated that China's determination to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests will not change, and our position and goal of defending international fairness and justice and upholding the multilateral trading system will not change.
Since launching the tariff war, the US has been sending mixed and disorganized signals, said Gao."China-US trade negotiations will take time. If the US doesn't step up with real sincerity, China is in no hurry to move forward," Gao said.

Appeals court orders Trump administration to transfer detained Tufts student Rumeysa Ozturk to Vermont
Rumeysa Ozturk is a PhD Fulbright Scholar, who is here on a LEGAL student visa, but was kidnapped on the street on her way to a friend's house by ICE agents in Vermont, and immediately shipped to the ICE "detention center" in Louisiana with no warrant, and no charges.
She did NOT participate in any protests, and her only "Crime" was an Op Ed piece she wrote in the Student Newspaper about the rights of Palestinians.
From CBS News:
Excerpts:
Washington — A federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered the Trump administration to comply with a lower court order that requires it to transfer Tufts Ph.D. student Rumeysa Ozturk from a detention facility in Louisiana to Vermont.
The three-judge panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit rejected a bid for emergency relief sought by the Trump administration in Ozturk's challenge to her detention. The decision came after the 2nd Circuit panel heard arguments Tuesday on the Justice Department's request for it to pause a district court's order that required Ozturk to be transferred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody in Vermont.
Ozturk is currently detained at an immigration facility in Basile, Louisiana. A bail hearing in her challenge to her confinement is set to take place at the federal district court in Vermont on Friday. The judges on the 2nd Circuit said the Trump administration has one week — until May 14 — to comply with the district court's transfer order.
"Permitting Ozturk's transfer will provide her ready access to legal and medical services, address concerns about the conditions of her confinement, and expedite resolution of this matter — all of which are required, as the court below noted, to proceed expeditiously," Judges Barrington Parker, Susan Carney and Alison Nathan said in their unanimous opinion. "At stake, too, is Ozturk's ability to participate meaningfully in her habeas proceedings."
In response to the decision, Esha Bhandari, a lawyer with the American Civil Liberties Union who argued on behalf of Ozturk during Tuesday's proceedings, said she and her client are grateful for the court's decision.

Flu Shot Recipients “More Likely” to Get Influenza Than Unvaccinated
The yearly DEADLY Flu shot is still available and is still killing and harming people under Sec. Kennedy's HHS.
From The Vaccine Reaction:
The American Medical Association (AMA) cites that the influenza vaccine is estimated to be 40-60 percent effective at preventing serious infections or death from the influenza virus that affects up to 40 million Americans every year. However, for the 2024-2025 flu “season” the influenza vaccine not only missed the mark on effectiveness, but is linked to an increased risk of infection with influenza in working-age adults, according to a new study conducted by the Cleveland Clinic.
The study, which was published on Medrxiv.org on Apr. 4, 2025 found that this season’s influenza vaccine was ineffective at preventing infection with circulating influenza strains and working-age recipients had an increased risk of getting sick.

Meta Renews Work on Facial Recognition Eye Glasses as Privacy Worries Fade Under Trump
Trump and Elon Musk have removed or replaced many of the regulatory agencies overseeing Big Tech, and as a result, Big Tech is proceeding full speed ahead to collect as much data on you as possible, without any concerns at all about your privacy.
Meta (Facebook) is now moving full speed ahead to develop their facial recognition software to use with their "Smart Glasses" that will be able to scan the faces of everyone that comes in contact with the glasses being worn by someone, giving them instant access to data about that person, such as where they live, etc.
From The Information:
Excerpts:
With less aggressive regulators in Washington, Meta Platforms, Google and other Silicon Valley companies feel emboldened to reconsider user-privacy strategies.
Back in 2021, Mark Zuckerberg and other top Facebook executives were dreaming big about how to design the company’s first generation of smart glasses. One feature they considered adding to them was facial recognition, which would have allowed someone wearing the glasses to, say, identify a person they bumped into at a party. Ultimately, though, Zuckerberg and the others discarded the idea, which presented a mountain of both technical challenges and ethical questions about privacy invasion.
That was then. Facebook’s parent company, Meta Platforms, is once again actively working on facial recognition: Earlier this year, the company discussed adding software that could identify people by name to its smart glasses and other devices, such as artificial intelligence-powered earphones with cameras, according to three people involved in discussions about the feature.
Meta isn’t the only tech company rethinking its privacy decisions.
In January, Google offered buyouts to employees working on Privacy Sandbox, according to a current employee. The project, once a high-priority initiative, had been set up to eliminate cookies from its Chrome browser without devastating the digital ads market, which has relied on cookies to track users.
In recent years, tech companies grew increasingly worried about blowback from customers—and regulators—over their efforts to track every aspect of people’s digital lives, often to serve increasingly personalized advertising.
But now President Donald Trump’s Federal Trade Commission has signaled a laxer, more business-friendly approach to privacy.
At a conference last month, FTC Commissioner Melissa Holyoak vowed to take a “flexible, risk-based approach to privacy enforcement,” while Christopher Mufarrige, the newly appointed director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection, said the FTC would stop using labels like “surveillance advertising” in an effort to make nice.
As this less aggressive approach to privacy regulation begins to take shape, tech companies have begun to alter their strategies.
In March, Amazon disabled a feature that allowed owners of three of its Echo smart speakers to process voice recordings on the device rather than on the cloud, which could expose owners to risks such as Amazon’s employees possibly listening to their voice recordings.

Judge orders release of Tufts University doctoral student from ICE custody
This woman is here LEGALLY on a student visa, is a Fulbright Scholar PhD student, and was NOT charged with a single crime, and has no record. They kidnapped her off the streets with masked, unidentified agents in Vermont, and put her on a plane with no due process of law to the ICE detention center in Louisiana.
The only thing that Trump's administration has accused her of is writing an Op Ed piece for her school newspaper in support of Palestinians. She is also a child advocate.
Now, a judge has ordered her released on bail to prepare for her trial.
From ABC News:
Excerpts:
A federal judge in Vermont on Friday ordered that a Tufts University doctoral student be released on bail from ICE custody after her visa was revoked by the Trump administration.
U.S. District Judge William Sessions slammed the government in ordering Rumeysa Ozturk, a Turkish national, released while their case against her proceeds, saying that the government had not produced any evidence against her aside from an op-ed she co-wrote in her student newspaper last year.
"I put the government on notice that they should immediately introduce any such evidence, and that was three weeks ago, and there has been no evidence that has been introduced by the government other than the op-ed.
I mean, that literally is the case. There is no evidence here as to the motivation absent consideration of the op-ed," he said.
Ozturk testified remotely at her bail hearing from the detention facility in Louisiana where she has been held since ICE agents detained her near her home in Massachusetts on March 25.
The attorney representing the government did not cross-examine Ozturk during Friday's bail hearing, nor offer any witnesses that could attest to why she was a threat to foreign policy, as the administration has alleged.
Judge Sessions also highlighted several of the declarations that were submitted in Ozturk's defense, attesting to her "peaceful and compassionate character."
"There is absolutely no evidence that she has engaged in violence or advocated violence. She has no criminal record. She has done nothing other than essentially attend her university and expand her contacts within the community in such a supportive way," he said.
Ozturk told the judge that she organized an event she called "collective grieving for children experiencing war and conflicts" that aimed to help children "from Gaza to Israel, from Russia to Ukraine ... from all parts of the world."
"I think as people who are working in academia for child development and well-being, it is sometimes possible that we forget the emotional touch or grief extending to children that we don't necessarily work with," she said.
"But that doesn't mean that we don't grieve for other children, all of them are ours, from all parts of the world experiencing very sad events including war and conflict."
Ozturk said during the hearing that, should she be released on bail, Tufts has offered her several housing options she hopes to take up in order to finish her Ph.D.
In sworn declarations and court hearings, Ozturk and her lawyers stressed the urgent need for her to be released, noting she has had at least 12 asthma attacks since she was detained. They also accused the detention facility of being overcrowded and unsanitary, which they said may be affecting her well-being.
At one point during the hearing, she was granted a break to take asthma medication after appearing at several points to clutch her chest as she struggled to speak. She testified she had an asthma attack at an airport in Atlanta when she was being transported to Louisiana.

US 'delinks' Saudi nuclear program from normalization with Israel: Report
Hebrew media reports indicate that Trump has 'lost patience' with Netanyahu and is seeking to advance US interests in West Asia independently of Israel
From The Cradle:
The US government is no longer demanding that Saudi Arabia normalize ties with Israel as a condition before nuclear cooperation talks can proceed, according to a report by Reuters on 8 May.
Over the past several years, Washington has sought to secure Riyadh's entry into the Abraham Accords by offering a so-called “megadeal” that includes a comprehensive defense treaty and assistance in developing a civilian nuclear energy program in exchange for the kingdom normalizing ties with Israel.
The strategy was nearing completion in September 2023, with officials from all sides signaling an imminent normalization deal. However, the Palestinian resistance's Operation Al-Aqsa Flood and the resulting Israeli genocide of Palestinians halted these plans.
Saudi Arabia has publicly claimed that it will not establish official ties with Israel without the creation of an independent Palestinian state.
The new revelations come a few days before US President Donald Trump begins his first trip to West Asia since returning to power, which will include stops in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE.
No visit to Israel has yet been scheduled.
Earlier on Thursday, Israel Hayom reported that Trump has “lost patience” with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and will not wait any longer for Israel before advancing initiatives in West Asia.
According to informed sources cited by the Hebrew outlet, Trump wants “to make decisions he believes will advance American interests, particularly regarding Saudi Arabia and Gulf states,” but he has grown frustrated with Netanyahu “delaying making the necessary decisions.”
Moreover, Trump is reportedly “furious” after it was revealed that former National Security Advisor Mike Waltz had closely coordinated with Netanyahu regarding US military action in Iran.

Reports of Israeli casualties in Gaza Fighting
From Al Jazeera:
An explosion in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip has killed and injured Israeli troops from the Golani Brigade, who were detonating a building, according to Israeli websites.
There is currently an Israeli media blackout on the incident on Thursday and there has been no official comment from the government there yet.
Witnesses in Rafah told Al Jazeera of a large explosion, and Israeli helicopters trying to evacuate the wounded. There has been heavy fighting in the area, they said.
Al Jazeera’s Tareq Abu Azzoum, reports from Deir el-Balah, in central Gaza, that Hamas’s armed wing, the Qassam Brigades says it is engaging in “fierce point-blank clashes and confrontations with Israeli occupation forces operating in the El Geneina neighbourhood east of Rafah city”.
“There are more reports that a number of Israeli forces are trapped under the rubble of a building that had been previously rigged by explosives by Hamas in Rafah city. This has been a tactic that has been used by Hamas fighters to ambush Israeli ground forces”, Azzoum added.

Child trafficking through foster care and funded by HHS has had ZERO budget cuts, and in fact is increasing.
It is too lucrative of a business to eliminate.

Second US Navy jet is lost at sea from Truman aircraft carrier
From CNN:
Another F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter jet from the USS Harry S. Truman aircraft carrier has been lost in the Red Sea, the second jet lost from the carrier in just over a week, five people familiar with the matter told CNN.
It is not entirely clear what happened yet, as the investigation is ongoing, but two of the people said there was some kind of arrestment failure as the jet was trying to land on the carrier and the pilot and weapons systems officer had to eject. They were recovered by a rescue helicopter and are both alive, but they suffered minor injuries, one of the people said.
The jet crashed into the sea and has not been recovered, two of the people familiar with the incident said.
Separately, the Iran-backed Houthi rebel group “took a shot” at the Truman on Tuesday, four of the people said, despite President Donald Trump announcing an apparent ceasefire with the group hours earlier. It is not clear whether the two incidents are related.
