The bill, sponsored by pro-Israel Congressmen Mike Lawler and Josh Gottheimer, seeks to expand existing US anti-boycott laws by targeting voluntary political actions taken by private citizens.
The proposed IGO Anti-Boycott Act would impose civil penalties up to $300,000 and criminal penalties including fines up to $1 million and up to 20 years of imprisonment for boycotting Israel.

It’s reported around 5,000 Spanish and German troops held out against a Soviet offensive of 30,000+
