Yesterday, the UK and US Trade agreement was the first of many. Each agreement strengthens the currencies between the countries involved in these trade agreements, and those who trade with these countries.
Basel 3 compliance utilizing gold as a tier 1 asset inside the banking system will help bring equilibrium to the countries' currency involved as a byproduct of deals made.
Currently, there are over 100 agreements to be made between the US and other countries. Each are designed to strengthen the exchange rates between every deal that is made.
Along the way, we are going to witness currency fluctuations that level off into predictable patterns. These new patterns will develop new demands between countries that lead to currency exchange rate patterns that will justify policy changes for the currencies involved.
We are looking for the one deal that becomes a tipping point causing a ripple effect across the Forex Market.
