Alcatraz was built as a heavily fortified MILITARY site.
Given the plot of the movie: EXPERIMENT ALCATRAZ coupled with the fact that Alcatraz was a military site…we need to ask the question:
WHAT were they really doing at Alcatraz with the prisoners??
We know what they did in other deep underground military bases…such as genetically modifying humans, and mixing humans with animals. Creating chimeras.
What about injecting subjects with radioactive drugs? Look no further than Oak Ridge.
Were they doing this at Alcatraz too?

1947: The C-I-A begins its study of LSD as a potential weapon for use by the Intelligence agencies. Human subjects were both civilian and military. Some were used with and without their knowledge.
1947: PLUTONIUM: Colonel E.E. Kirkpatrick of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission issues a secret document stating that the agency will begin administering intravenous doses of radioactive substances to human subjects.
Before dropping the bombs that destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki, U.S. scientists secretly tested the bomb’s effects on unsuspecting U.S. citizens.
During the Manhattan Project, 18 patients were injected with plutonium. This includes:
