so I've figured out a way to bitshift with multiply and divides (cause math stuff that has already been discovered does that, dunno how to explain it well) so I can use the idea of several signals encoded into one to compact the data line system a lot more than the other option
Issue is that since it's a two's compliment system I can't use bits 28-32 for an eighth 4 bit signal due to the 32 bit being a negative flag

I forgot that if I removed 4 digits to use as the decimal places I lose four orders of magnitude of space
so instead of 2.14b I have... 2.14m as the limit causing it to rollover into the negatives
(Note the left numbers are totals and had no math done to them other than to add the item counts together, they're correct. the percentages to the right are incorrect)
